Purchased a used Zefal pump and paid immediately it included shipping by bank transfer. It's now almost three weeks, they canceled my purchase and did not give back my money!
3 times emailed them to know how it is going on without any response!

I bought an item but the seller never…
I bought an item but the seller never send it.
Than an email told me to cancel the order my self. So not even I won’t receive the item but I also have to spend some more time going into my account and do some action to cancel it.At least should be the seller that have to do the cancellation of the order.
Unfortunately this service is not reliable.
