Con artists. Took my money and never sent my item.DO NOT USE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a t-shirt which they said they had despatched and would be with me in 7 working days. Two months later and I still haven't received my t shirt. They do not reply to my emails. I wish I had read reviews on Trust pilot before I gave away my money because I have since read lots of reviews from people who have had the same experience with this Company as myself.. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please don't waste your money. T shirts never arrived. No reply from customer services after numerous attempts. No refund giving and no communication. Try another company

I was sent an email saying my order has been dispatched, then heard nothing more. Upon further investigation (having waited over a month for my order to arrive) I found thay that this website is apparently a scam. Do not buy from them.

Terrible company!(scam)i ordered a hoodie for 40£ nearly 4month, still not arrived!no answer for the emails(more then 6-7email sent),no refund,no help,no customer service!honestly not offer!

My order never arrived and when I emailed the company to query this, I’ve never received a response. Would not recommend at all.

Placed an order which was never received. I have sent several emails to this company none of which have been responded to.

Scam website. Never received my order. Avoid this website

Item never arrived. Emailed twice about it and did not get a response.

I ordered a T-Shirt from Rockmerch Ltd aka Biker-rings.co.uk, or whatever UK alias in which this company operates.

The T-Shirt was listed as next day delivery, but after several weeks of the item not arriving, I contacted the company to enquire where my item was or if it had since been dispatched. I then received an automatic response email that my item had just been dispatched.

Within the following weeks, I contact the company several more times without ever receiving a response to any of my emails or further update regarding my order. In the end, I had to report this company to my bank in order for my bank to refund me and have them investigate this company further.

Long story short: Do not purchase anything from this company would be my advice as you may never receive the goods you pay for. The UK web address is a potential front as the registered company is overseas according to the report from my bank.

I hope my review saves someone else from the inconvenience of having to deal with this company.

Never received the item and never got a reply when I emailed them to ask for a refund.

Still awaiting my nieces birthday present for 25th January

I hope someone see’s the reviews before using this website, because I unfortunately didn’t. This is a fake website and have scammed to many people.
Your order will never come BUT if you ring your bank and explain you’ve been scammed, they will look into this and ask the “company” for proof of delivery - which shockingly there isn’t any.

But hopefully you will get your money back! Also trying to report that this is a fake website is a joke as well but if anyone is good with stuff like that, please try to do it!

Ordered a t-shirt on 7th Feb yet to receive item and yet to receive a response from the 4 emails I’ve sent! Proceedings with charge back are now underway! Steer clear!!

Ordered an item over 5 weeks ago, it has not arrived. I have sent over 80 emails and no response.

I have to agree with the majority of the other reviewers on here, Biker-Rings is a scam website, and you should avoid it at all costs.
