lots of products and pretty high detailed mods it was all solid I asked for help to install and they helped me learn. a tip that i noticed is when you see the home page banner on the website change colors like every 24 hours or sum. that means they just added a new mod. idk jus a pattern i noticed

Best service ever! We are a sons of anarchy mc club and we ordered a set of custom vests. males and females with tons of options so my brothers and sisters in the club would be able to show off personality. bikermods knew exactly what to do and they had it done within about 2 days. insanely quick. I am a customer for life. they send files on discord or emails. special thanks to my boy nico on the team. we coming back for the bikes next

On first hand it looks all pretty nice but if you buy you have bikes with too much polygons for in your RP server and most bikes dissapear from a distance.
They claim to update it but doesn't update anything.

Avoid at all costs!

I discovered Bikermod.com at the end of 2023 and bought some jacket designs that were delivered to me two weeks after purchase.

What's more, this person steals other sellers' designs and modifies them to resell them on their website (sometimes at a higher price than the original) while claiming that they are their own creations.

As part of one of the teams that saw their creations resold on this site, I strongly advise against it

These guys are experts and amazing! Needed my order before xmas because of a server event we were doing and they had my order done within 24 hours of the time I completed checkout. I sent money to a link they gave me. But they did give me multiple options to do like a checkout screen or just paypal it. super friendly and a lot of them are real bikers and gave me real life advice on how to begin ridiing when i asked them if they rode in real life. I was expecting them to be gamers and not really know about real stuff but they acutally gave me tons of pointers and tips. killer service and you got a customer for life brothers.

I started following them on instagram and they followed me back and sent me a message saying thanks for thr follow. Went order a custom tattoo for my MC they were quick to respond and very respectful of my wishes. They had a quick response time and it took no time for them to get done and it looked amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is part of an MC and need custom work done. Thanks again for the tattoo.

Heard they were hard to reach but I took a risk since I liked the embroidery style they make.

i also make mods myself and they were helpful with questions i had but the only thing is email responses were a little slow but maybe they were busy with other orders.

overall pretty chill dudes and would order again.

I paid for custom vests to be made and never received the products after payment was taken. The order was placed in March at the time of writing this review it is June 10th and I’ve never received even a visual sample of the progress being made. I requested a refund and Bikermods cut all communication ( there was hardly any communication that existed on their part to begin with ). I ended up having to go through my bank to get a chargeback done. Bikermods is unreliable, untrustworthy, and cares nothing about their customers. I cannot stress this enough do not purchase anything from this storefront as they can’t supply even the most basic customer service and operate under poor business practices.

Had no issues in the past but after my last order in April of a custom vest they just stopped responding to my emails for 3 weeks for no obvious reason. After 3 weeks and alot of chat messages and emails they FINALLY got my custom vest.

The vest turned out terrible. And not at all what I ordered. Even after sending screenshots or the requirements I had the designer said that was not was he set the price for. Even after seeing what I said BEFORE Paying he said that I could reorder a custom vest for another 40 dollars.

After 2 days of arguing I told him I wanted to speak to his manager.

To this day I am waiting for a conversation with a manager or somebody from bikermods.

They deleted all my chats. Do not respond to me on Instagram, emails or the website.

When I make new accounts with fake emails they do respond within the hour. But when I start to talk about my messed up order I just get ignored again.

I dont know why or what happened with bikermods. In the past they were insanely good and fast with the orders.

Now they scammed me out of 75 dollars and my friend out 65 dollars.

Both of us are being ignored by bikermods and are not getting the vests we ordered.

Bikermods are scammers

ordered in the past with 0 problems always got my stuff delivered. Recently on April 21st i have ordered a female vest. Custom made with under 10K polycounts so its useable in the fivem server im in. Paid $65 dollars for it and havent got a single product delivered till this day (june 3rd). I keep trying to contact them but getting completely ghosted or blown off with mails and messages on instagram where they claimed to have trying to send the files but the mail chain seems faulty. They keep saying the files have been made but have yet to deliver a single sign of product towards me....

In the meantime my friend has tried to message them and he been getting ignored too. He made an account to purchase through his wife and got a response within an hour to place an order. They are purely out for money at this point!!

If you'd like to waste money to not receive a product then bikermods is the place to throw your money at! Let me tell you. Want a custom Kutte for your MC? Don't shop bikermods unless you want to never get past the concept! The experience you'll receive will be run around emails of bikermods swearing they sent you the final images and they say to check your spam folders and they can send them again if needed, guess what? Like a dad off to get milk and cigarettes right quick, you'll be waiting at the door and email forever waiting for something to happen. 1/5 is generous but only the best for bikermods!

$410 USD, that's how much two individuals I know alone have lost to bikermods, if you hate consistency, quality, communication and fair pricing, then I'm sure you'll become a regular!

Ordered custom Cuts eight levels for both male and female. On March 25, 2025.
They claim they have sent the preview, but it’s not showing on their website and we have not received any previews. They have said in the past that they are looking into it, but have not resolved the situation. Since then we have been getting the runaround. biker Mods are no longer answering our web chats or emails.
It has been seven weeks plenty of time to get the order completed or at least the preview.
We have also requested our refund of $173.00

Bikermods essentially makes cool stuff. But only buy ready-made items from the shop. Custom orders never get finished! I've been waiting for a bike for over a year, haven't received any feedback, and I'm completely ignored. My wife gets a response right away when she requests to order something.

Let's start by putting everything together: I have been a customer of Bikermods for a long time. I have bought various things (not always just via an email address). At first I was very excited about the data. Until I decided to order a bike. I paid 75% of the price and suddenly contact broke off for half a year. I didn't get any emails, no replies, nothing. A certain "hunter" wanted to solve the problem but nothing happened. Then I thought "Great, have they really ripped me off? It can't be true!" Now I tried to contact them again via the website and suddenly I'm getting answers again, at least via the chatbot. Now work on the project is continuing.
