They keep your money then cancel. They sell without garanty that they can sell.... Even if it is available on other site they offer a price then Cancel.

Packed very well , arrived super quickly.

Very bad service. came to by a suit worth almost 1200 euro and nobody came to my aid. struggled and sweating for over an hour trying on different leather suits. the one guy that came to help me (when I asked about fitting) had no clue about fitting and sizes. had to leave without a motorcyle suit. shame . will not recommend, what a horrible experience

I bought a pair of dainese gloves and the experience went perfect. The price was the best.
The only thing i didn't like was the fact that we pay 10€ of delivery fee and even if we want to return the item, wich I did, we need to pay the return delivery by ourselves.
So I paid aroud 22€ just on delivery and return fees because the item wasn't the size or what I wanted.
The refund was processed in 2-4 days, very quick.

great experience
Placed an order in Germany on Wednesday, and it arrived on Saturday. Considering the time a parcel usually takes to ship just within Germany, the fact that it basically only took 2 days for it to cross the border and arrive at my house is very impressive. The product was great too. Can only recommend.

Horrible experience
Ordered a Shoei X-Spirit 3 helmet. Packaging was poor (not original) and helmet was clearly used and had signs of wear in the EPS foam.
Communication was lacking. Return shipment/refund took like a month. They charged extra 10 euros for using PayPal, but it paid off in the end because I disputed.
Never got an explanation for getting a defective item like that. Straight up dangerous, period.
