Very bad company

I received the rebelxion Anti-Fog Thermal Balaclava the other day. I tried it on and the pressure on my nose was very uncomfortable so much that it hurt. I contacted RebelXion support to return it and get a refund. They wanted me to try again and wear it “as it was intended”. I wrote back and they said it would need to be sent to China. No where on their website does it mention China. Just that their location is in the UK. Looks like a dishonest company as I am not able to find any reviews above a 1. Horrible

I tied it on again as they asked me to and also put my glasses on and they immediately fogged up. I took them off and then wrote them back explaining that I did what they asked me to do. They then stated that it’s a hygiene product and since I tried it on, they could no longer take it back. They offered me a 50% refund and I wouldn’t have to return the item. So they want to keep 50% of my money and leave me with something that is worthless to me. Really seam like a scam.

Ordered a helmet

Ordered a helmet. Measured per their instructions. Did not fit at all. Made for someone with a perfectly spherical head. I ordered a visor along with it. They resisted any return, even though they had a "100% return policy." They tried to refund half the cost of the helmet and let me keep it. They said I could give it to someone as a present perhaps. That's a red flag that their stuff is so cheap that the cost of shipping is more than the item is worth.

After several emails they accepted a return on the helmet, but not the visor, because there's nothing wrong with the visor. What am I going to do with a visor with no helmet. I used their shipping barcode to return the helmet in the original packaging. It was delivered and signed for by their agent. I never received a refund. They claim they never received it or don't know where it is. It's been 5 months or so. They don't even answer emails.

BAD PRODUCT Warranty and shipping

The website claimed that the helmet would NOT be egg-shaped on my head. It was so unfitting, it looked ridiculous PLUS the visor was broke. The product took forever to arrive and was so disappointing. They claim to have a warranty or money back guarantee however, that isn't true. I would not buy from them, you are wasting your money. I have a helmet that is useless and no return available.

Actually they do not even deserve one…

Actually they do not even deserve one star. I ordered a set of motorcycle gloves and they sent me a military tactical gloves instead, along with the silver motorcycle helmet, size XL. Looked cool from the picture.
The helmet came two days later and it’s an old and size of small head, with XL sticker which I ordered and is my size. It’s very bad. I sent an email to their supports email as indicated from their automated FB messenger reply, but it kept rejecting my email. Never ever order from this merchandise. They are fake and near criminals.

I can't believe I feel for this

I can't believe I feel for this! They hide the brand name of their cheap Chinese products and pass them off as "top quality". Waiting on my return label oh don't bother calling as it just tells you to email. What a crock. Facebook should not be allowing this kind of company to advertise.

Ordered some Pit Vipers via the website. Arrived weeks later. Counterfeit (checked with Pit Viper). Email response terrible. I can either have half my money returned or a free 2nd pair of counterfeit glasses.

I was scrolling through instagram and…

I was scrolling through instagram and stumbled across the "no mushroom head helmet" ad. I read all the positive and negative reviews before I decided to purchase from Bikerslifestyle. I live in CA were it's scam central. Luckily I checked in with a sales rep before making my purchase. Everything was smooth and handled perfectly. Nothing shady from them. I found a discount code online that also worked. So be on the lookout for that. My 3/4 helmet arrived way sooner than expected. Took about a little over a week. That's fast considering it was shipping from China mainland. I was spectical of the helmet fitting properly. I ordered a small because I have a 57cm head. I also came across a video on youtube "the shop vancouver" that talked about these helmets and their fitment. The size chart is correct depending on how snug you want the helmet to fit. The guy in the video talks about them running really large. Ideally I was a large by the chart listed on bikerslifestyle. But I followed my gut feeling and went with a small because of all the research I found. Turned out perfect! Was so happy with the small. Nice snug fit, so it doesn't parachute when riding. It also came with a simple bag, nice small visor and facemask. I coundn't be any happier. Will plan to order the full face in the future. This is the exact helmet as a TT&Co. 500TX. It actually states it inside the liner. For the price, you can't beat it. Super stoked to be riding in style thanks to Bikerslifestyle.

A mixed bag

As others have said, the advertising is deceptive. The website makes it look like a UK company with a UK warehouse. Only when the shipping information arrives do you realise it’s a Chinese operation. Don’t expect goods to arrive in five days as stated. I ordered a flip up bubble visor and it took about nine days to be delivered. That’s probably about as quick as it gets. The visor was just in an envelope wrapped in bubble wrap. No branding or warranties or declarations of conformity. All that said, the product itself seems pretty good. It snapped onto my helmet securely and the ratchet mechanism works smoothly. I did a quick test run and the visor doesn’t mist up or rattle, even at speed.
