I believe this company has now closed

I believe this company has now closed.
I am not surprised.
I purchased a bike from them, it had a very annoying vibration sound from the front headlight. This has been a common problem with this model, other dealers have replaced the headlight under warranty.
The bike sanctuary boss suggested wearing earplugs so I would not hear it ,!!

Really Disappointed

Really disappointed in my dealings with The Bike Sanctuary. I put a deposit down for a new bike in July last year, in April I was asked to pay for the bike in full as it was on its way, which I did. May and into June and still no bike but a lot of excuses. 12th of June and the bombshell of closure and liquidation and I have no bike and minus £5600.

I'm Owed £6500

It all started so well buying a bike from them. After a year I had to sell the bike The Bike Sanctuary did this for me saying I would be paid out week of 10 June. On the 12 June the company went into liquidation not paying me any money.
I emailed them at the address given now that has gone down. I am owed £6500.

The bike sanctuary have recently sold…

The bike sanctuary have recently sold my old motorbike on my behalf and helped me choose a new bike that suits my purpose perfectly. They even made some changes to the bike to help my riding experience. From the very outset their service, professionalism and communication has been exceptional and I can't recommend them highly enough.

A rubbish experience

Pretty unhappy. 6 months ago my fella chose a bike and it was delivered. There was a right shenanigan about a screen he wanted fitting pre delivery and in the end after a complaint it got posted through, with a ‘ it’s only 2 bolts get on with it’ type comment. Today however we both felt peed off. We rang yesterday to see if they had 3 bikes in store to look at, and they confirmed they were. 50 miles later, they only had one available, no apology that the others were still in boxes. Pretty rubbish to be honest, so we went elsewhere and I bought my new bike.

So disappointed

So disappointed. I agreed to sell my bike to this company (with Ben) and an invoice was sent by email from them on the 1st September 2023.. I was told there driver would contact me to arrange collection. I then heard nothing and I had to chase, eventually got an email from Ben saying September and October were very busy months but they still wanted my bike, which I had previously bought from them. Still heard nothing and after numerous emails I eventually got an email saying they were sorry but had forgotten to put the paperwork in the correct box?? So, on the 7th December the driver turned up. Then after the driver phoned Ben, suddenly offered me £600 less for the bike!!! This was despite the fact the things pointed out on the bike were there when I originally bought the bike from them!!! Terrible experience, terrible customer service.. feel really let down by the way I have been treated. ( This was on 2005 Triumph Sprint.. agreed to buy for £2500, then suddenly dropped to £1900.. as stated, this was because of a few things pointed out that were on the bike when I bought it from them originally!!!!)..

Great place with great service

I found these guys when searching for a local cfmoto dealer and took a drive out to see them. Was welcomed by friendly helpful knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions (thank you hayden), the showroom is immaculate with a great range of bikes, clothing, accessories, toilets and hot drinks available. I would recommend anyone who is into bikes to pay them a visit, outstanding service👍the only downside was if we didn't have sat nav we wouldn't even know it was there as the sign isn't too visible. Keep up the good work guys

Broken Promises

My motorbike (Suzuki GSX-250R) front brakes ceased up so I took it to Bike Sanctuary for repair at the end of December. Spoke to Ben who advised me that he couldn’t work on it till end of January as they were busy but would get me a quote by Friday of that week. I told him I also needed a new MOT which he said was fine and they would make sure all the work needed was done then get the MOT. I agreed and waited, not hearing anything until I chased on the 17th Jan to be told they hadn’t even looked at the bike. They then quoted me for replacement of the brake disc, brake pads, chain and sprocket which I agreed and paid straight away on the 20th Jan. Received an email 23rd Jan to say they have looked at the bike and its callipers were also needing replacing. I said I was not happy that they had not actually taken the area apart to see what was actually wrong with it back at the end of Dec as promised and the delay in waiting for the part could have been reduced significantly had this been done. The response I got was “The calliper can be ordered today but you’re welcome to take the bike elsewhere if you can get it done faster and I’ll refund the money” which would have meant its sat in his garage for a month and no work would have been done. This response was simply due to me saying I was unhappy the promises were not met. I agreed to get the part ordered. I chased again on the 9th Feb to be told they are still waiting parts. I then chased again on the 23rd February and was told the work had been done but it failed the MOT!!! When it was agreed he would make sure the bike is all good for an MOT, I was then told he doesn’t do the MOT but sends it to someone else. I needed some work done to fix the indicator switch as it was lose and also new tyre was needed (these are both things that are so easy to look at prior to an MOT if you just took the time to check the workings of the bike), considering they had both wheels off to fix the bike you would think they could have a look at the tyre as they knew it was going for an MOT. They then charged me twice for the MOT as it had to go again, this could have been avoided if they did what they promised to make sure it was ready for MOT. I again paid for the work to be done as soon as they told me the work needed doing. I still haven’t been given an MOT certificate to this day having requested it multiple times, the most recent advice was to get it myself after they responded that they didn’t do MOTs thinking I was requesting a new one, (they completely forgot I got this MOT’d in the first place through them) the Bike was ready for collection 27th Feb which I collected it and within 2 short rides and 3 days the bike failed and had a red hot exhaust. I messaged Ben who said he didn’t know what it could be but would get it picked up. Ben said he would not charge me for collection as a good will gesture which was then not collected until 22nd March. The bike needed a new coil pack which they ordered from Japan on the 25th March. So I waited again. Heard nothing chased 5th April part still not in. Then chased 11th April still no part, again 14th April no part. I then find out that no alternative options were given to me as The Bike Sanctuary warranty their parts and therefore will only use Suzuki parts. I then ordered the part myself from the USA which arrived in 2 working days. Dropped it off to them to fit -2 days later it was installed. I picked up the bike which was covered in cob webs and not even had a wipe down and they advised they changed the wheel bearing as it was damaged which as they have had the wheels off more than once I thought would have been noted and told me earlier than this and also to be told the Japan part turned up on the day I collected the bike. I paid to then notice when I got home they charged me for the collection. I queried this and was told that they didn’t charge me for the labour of the bearing and therefore they wouldn’t refund me the £30 collection fee. 4 month with no bike and huge cost in cabs, 2 MOT fees etc wasting my time and money.
