Shocking customer service & delivery times

I ordered a Garmin item that stated 3-4 days shipping time on their website. I then got an email 2 days later that said your item will ship in 1-2 days. I am now on day 24 & the item has only managed to make to it to Milan. I live in central Italy & ordered from an Italian this online retailer & 24 days later I still don’t have the item. They keep making the excuse that it’s the carriers fault & nothing to do with them. They won’t let me cancel the order & wont provide an answer as to why it’s taken so long & I still don’t have the item. Possibly the worst online experience I have ever had. Not even an apology from any of their staff. I am very disappointed & will not be ordering from them again
