This is my go-to online bike shop. I like to shop local when I can, but Bike TiresDirect has been an awesome online source. They have always been quick to respond to questions and help with orders, and twice I have received store credit for the price difference when and item I ordered later went on sale, and I didn't even ask for it! I love the prices and customer rewards as well. Overall excellent shop.

Update: Was not this company as i was confused. i was ordering so much stuff that i thought this was a company i bought bike tires from. I ordered something else. My mistake!

Hi Sergio. I do not show you ordered any tires from us, just a bag, which was shipped out on Monday and delivered Friday, so nothing late on that one per the free shipping option. Was there a different order # or email we could look up?
