Love the bike tow leash. We’ve had it for close to two years and still in great shape. Bodhi loves to bike with us so is easy to put on. Also safer having her attached when on mountain trails. It is also safe for us as it’s design and positioning on the bike ensures the bike remains stable if she tries to pull in the wrong direction.
Thoroughly recommend this bike leash.

The most amazing invention for a high energy dog!

Your customer service was excellent. Sadly after using it a couple of times I lost my dog. I have a new puppy so just waiting for her to get a bit older before trying her with the bike tow

My dog (25 lb, low to the ground) and I have loved this product so much! He commutes with me every day to work and we have it mounted on the right so we can bike on streets. He's safe and he gets great exercise. I used to carry him in a trailer instead and he's so much happier now. The only problem I've encountered is sometimes drivers yell out their car windows at me. I love how clever yet simple the design is, and it's held up well to a couple years of daily use.

I love this leash. Dog gets good exercise, I feel safe he can’t get under wheels or pull the bike over,low center of gravity makes me feel safe. The only thing I would like is if the leash could hook to harness instead of collar. My 8yr old dog gets so excited when he sees me put on my helmet, he loves to run

I absolutely love the Bike Tow Leash!!! My dog is a GSP and he loves to run. I don't have to pedal because HE wants to do all the work. I love that the center of gravity makes it near impossible for him to pull away from me; and of course having my own hands free to steer is hands down fantastic! It was also relatively easy to install following the website guidelines. I promote this to anyone I see running a dog without it.

Haven’t been riding much lately but just a few days ago We went out. It had been almost 8-10 months. Put the dog & leash, walked about 30 steps, he felt comfortable & off we went. Well behaved & not panicking

Great device that accomplishes 2 things at once: exercise for the dog, and exercise for me. Very sturdy and easy to install and use. Dog liked it except when she needed to do her bodily functions. We had a hard time knowing when this need would arise, let alone how she was to signal me to stop, etc.

I loved the idea of the bike tow leash, however, in the end, I only used it a couple of times as I was anxious that I would overrun our dog. I liked her having control, and the ability to stop whenever she wanted to.
I worry that overzealous owners could unintentionally abuse a dog by bicycling too far without allowing the dog to rest and have water.
My 3 star review reflects these concerns as opposed to there being any problem with the product itself, which appears to be well designed.

My dog loves to run but that isn't an option for me. This works great on my trike and I feel very stable even when he wants to lunge for squirrels.

I bought a bike-tow-leash many years ago to allow me to take my German Shepherd dog for bike rides. She was a young, strong dog that was not very friendly towards other dogs. This product allowed us to go for bike rides and increased her exercise level overnight. I still needed to look out for other dogs, but if she charged, the bike just went faster forward. She learnt very quickly to stay on the side of the bike - I felt very secure with her attached to the bike-tow-leash - I had nearly more control on the bike than on foot - which was totally opposite to when I first tried to bike with my dog without a bike-tow-leash (it was a disaster and both of us ended up in a heap on a road). I used the product for many years, and my dog could pull - she was as strong as they get and the only thing that ever broke was a spring in the clip at the end that attaches to the harness (after years of daily use), but I fixed it and continued to use the leash. My dog is now over 12 years of age, so we stopped biking, but this was truly the greatest thing I had bought for her. One tip - I used to attach bike-tow-leash to the harness and had a lead attached to the collar in my hands - the lead was loose, but it was useful to have control of her head and it was also easy just to unclip her from the harness and take her for a walk when we stopped, without a need of changing leads. Also - I biked at the speed that allowed my dog to trot - she galloped only when she choose to (she would pull the bike with her to go fast when that happened). We would bike for 20-30 minutes and then stop to have a break, walk around, sniff, poop, pee...etc.

I don't use it with a bike. I attach it to my pride mobility scooter and attach my seven pound poodle to it for walks.

I got the bike tow leash for biking with my very strong 65lb pittie mix. I can bike safely the confidently with him now, even if a cat runs across the road, I maintain complete control. It is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone!! Love this product.

Very intelligent design that keeps rider and dog safe.

We love the bike tow leash! It keeps my dog just far away from the bike spokes and pedals, but gives her the lee-way to move around corners and such. The only thing I will say is the bike fell over with her still attached (I was getting her a puppacino at Starbucks) and she ran away with it attached and ended up being hit by a car and barely surviving. Not the tow leash’s fault, but I would just recommend not leaving a dog attached, unattended. Great product! Will get a new one for future dogs.

Easily the best bike/dog leash I've used. My pointer is constantly aware of his position. Turns are easy even at high speeds. Being hub mounted, it offers great stability. A dog-owning, fat biker's dream.

I purchased the bike tow leash and the extension for a second dog several years ago and they have been wonderful! I can confidently go for a bike ride with both 60+ pound dogs in tow!
