Best Price on the web by far
Best Price on the web by far. Also came with thu axle converters which other retailers were trying to charge for. £20 discount for Hope Pro 4 wheel set was another selling point and arrived 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. Great service all round.

The best customer service ive ever had!! Russell was very helpful and went out of his way to search up my issues to help me along the way. Now my bike is perfect with the help of him, he saved me so much time and effort. Would definitely recommend Bike wheels direct to everybody who is after a decent wheel. Excellent prices too!!

They built me a great set of 27.5 mtb wheels with DT rims and hope hubs . Communication with Russell was first class from the outset and my wheels were built and delivered on time and exactly to my spec. I would definitely recommend them if you want a new set of wheels with no messing about and very competitive prices. Excellent.

Great company to deal with
I ordered a set of Hope Fortus 30 wheels (which were on a back log) and Russell kept me informed of the build date from Hope and when to expect delivery. Fortunately the wheels arrived early and I was able to collect them with no issues. Overall great price, communication and service. Would highly recommend
