Scam & Heinous Owner

I subscribed to a membership on bikiniironfitness.com, and received a receipt of acceptance. I verified the email used to make the purchase, but I then received a request from them asking for a photo of me before I could join the group. I felt that was a suspicious request, and decided to cancel.

I sent 4 emails asking to cancel. I finally received a reply to the fourth email from the owner, Annie, who was extremely rude; she insulted me and accused me of being a competitor she was quarreling with. I gave her multiple opportunities to simply refund my purchase, but she has not and will not do so. I received no product or service.
