You cannot trust their promised shipping dates.

Everything is always wrong

Everything is always wrong. Shiping is over 2 weeks and I get not my order like always! 3 Times wrong breaks and other parts.

Sometimes we do replace parts by ones of similar brands because the ordered parts are out of stock. We realize that our customers need their cars repaired as soon as possible, therefore we replace the parts by alternatives with the same specifications to send orders sooner.
A customer can always give us a notice if they do not wish to get alternative car parts and we respect their wishes.
We have changed settings in your account here, so you do not receive alternative parts in the future.

FRAUD, RUDE, Irresponsible

I searched by license plate number for the part and choose on of the provided parts. Although I was relying on the search, I personally checked the technical info of the part regarding the model and year of the car that the part match with. the parcel posted after 6 days! I received it 10 days after I ordered. While I got it, I noticed that the information on the box of the part is different of the information on the website. The Support replies that IT IS OUR FAULT. finally, when they accepted their mistake, they asked me to pay 90DKK to ship it back to refund 50DKK that I have paid for the part. Their excuse was that I should have paid for SAFE ORDER at the time I ordered to be safe against THEIR mistake!!!! I have scan of emails, Payment and photo of the part and information on the box of the component!
Now I bet they will come and write the same crappy excuses they wrote in Email under this review.

It actually took 4,5 business days.
We process ordres within 48 working hours and delivery from Germany to Denmark takes 2-6 business days.

When you order parts om our website, you should remember that the search by license or car details can’t guarantee 100% of compatibility, because you can install different types of spare parts into your vehicle, with different characteristics and due to the changes that the manufacturer made during years.
In the description of every spare part OEM codes are indicated for comparison.

It is always better to check the compatibility with the VIN/Chassis number with our customer service, which is always at your disposal to dispel any doubts.

We kindly recommend our customers using Safe Оrder option. The standard product return time is 14 days. But with Safe Оrder you can extend it to 100 days and apply for free return delivery (exception is bulky items, old exchange car parts and tyres).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are very kind on answering emails but way far from being any efficient - specially if you need to return a faulty part or claim your rights in warranty,

My case? I have bought a part from them that took more than 7 working days to arrive. The part was mounted, the part was faulty and my car let me down on the highway 22:00 on a January - very cold!

When I claimed my costs, they asked me to fill in papers, send pictures and documents. They make everything for you to give up. I have spent more than 15 hours of my time with back and forth emails, talking, pictures, documents and.... NO REFUND!

Please, help us to get rid of this company in the market! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

We are sorry to hear that the part you had bought in our shop turned out to be defective.
In such cases one can file a warranty claim. Warranty claims are processed by manufacturers. Each manufacturer has its own set of rules, we just have to follow them.
All the information for the warranty case is required by manufacturer for the proper processing of the case. In order to help you, we collect all required documents for the warranty request. As soon as we receive them from you, we transfer them to manufacturer.
The process takes 6-8 weeks from the moment we get all required documents.

We have still not received a warranty claim from you.
Please contact us if you intend to file a warranty claim.

Friendly and helpfull customer service - keep up the good work

I have ordered several parts for my car. And I have talked to the customer service. Very friendly and helpful. 2 days later I found out that my car has been modified, so non of the parts would have fit.
I wrote an email to the shop expressing my wish to regret the purchase. Then I god a reponse shortly after that the order is cancelled with full refund.

Even though I have not actually bought a thing, but I would call my experience a very nice experience with super service and I would definitely buy from here the next time.

Perfect service

Ordered brake disks. When they arrived they were a better brand than originally ordered, because that would minimize shipment time which was awesome.

I had ordered the wrong rear ones. Within an hour of contacting the shop they sent me a return label so I could return them for free and get a full refund.

It is rare to get this great a service from a place with such low prices.

Hard distinction between incompetence…

Hard distinction between incompetence and malevolence.

I've had ~10 orders where everything worked fine, except the delivery time could have been better. During Easter I placed an order and asked the customer service to add to an order that was payed with credit card, which to my surprise could easily do.

After that everything went straight to the gutter. The customer service changed to another individual, who couldn't answer the simplest of questions, which turned out to be problematic seeing that multiple parts of the order were missing, when it finally came a week later. It took ~30 mails to get them to come to the conclusion that they had to replace parts from my order for the total sum of $15.

I'd have saved time if I had forged my own brake discs at this point...

stay away from them dont buy anythiong there they are biggest liars ever !!!!!

if it was possible i will give them -100 stars but the smallest rating is only 1 so i gave them 1. Read my review before buying anything from them and read other people comments as well i can see what i am not alone with very similar problems and nothing is changing in that company!

so first of all i bought some parts and new 4 winter tires from them. when i ordered the tire chance service after 2 weeks because i knew i have to wait about 1 week before i get my tires. So after one week i get my tires and the parts what i buy i started checking what i get and i see what they send me 2 winter tires and 2 summer tires . i called them immediately and told that the guy on the phone ask me what tires i ordered and what tires i get he checked something on his computer and kind didn't believed me what i have summer tires instead winter tires he asked me to make pictures off tires and shipping label . i send them the pictures and i told them what next week i ordered tire change service so i must have it next week the guy on the phone promised me what i will have it on time !!! and we arranged what courier will come to the car service where they gonna change my tire and pick up the wrong tires and bring the right ones !! and guess what happened i didn't get it on time and thy didn't picket them up the wrong one as well !! it was first time when they lied to me !! Later the Christmas Holiday season was coming and the service was closing for 2 weeks holidays and because nobody picked up the tires i called them again and they told me what courier will pick it up during Christmas holiday period so i brought the tires home i waited all Christmas for a Currier and nobody showed up i knew what courier will not show up nobody is working in Denmark during the Christmas but they told me what courier will pick them up !!!! so it was second time they lied for me !!! when after Christmas i brought the tires to my work place and i write them what they must collect it from there i send the address working hours everything i get the answer what next week courier will pick it up and they give all information to responsible department. again they lied nobody picked up nobody even called for me like for 3 weeks until i write them again what they must pick them up because next week i will leave for 3 weeks holidays and again they said ok next week we will pick them up !! guess what again they lied i came back from holidays 3 weeks holidays the tires was still in the same place where i left there is 10 people working there and always somebody inside and doors are open so nobody even called to the company or even try ed to pick them up !!! so i called them again because it was like 3 month how they cannot pick them up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the guy on the phone start talking like maybe the door was locked maybe nobody was inside he was lying all the time like always like its not them problem its the couriers so i told them but its you who send me summer tires for winter season when he said anything may happen in warehouse !!! but he was blaming the courier 10 seconds ago they don't know anything so if your courier is bad just change them !!!!!!!!!!!!! they don't know anything they only lying all the time no help from customer support at all !!!!!!!! so after a talk with that guy he said next week courier will pick it up so finally courier come on Monday pick it he gave my chef a recipe with tracking number and tires was delivered Wednesday to them ! and what happened Friday evening i get the call from them and guy lying for me what courier didn't found the tires !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(i was not at work that week so i didn't knew the tires was picked up ) so Monday when i came back to work i saw the tires was missing i talked to my chef he told me what tires was picked up last week and he give me recipe with tracking number i called them and only thing what they were talking again they don't know anything they are not couriers please send me the recipe with tracking number i send receipt for them and they told me what they gonna contact me but they didn't they ar lairs biggest lairs i ever seen in my life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it took 3 month for them to pick up the tires i was bringing them from one place to another calling them informing them and they didn't do it 3 month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are biggest lairs and even then tires was delivered to them they was calling and telling what courier didn't pick them up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they ruined my nerves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't buy anything from them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay away as far as possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 month and thousand times lied to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how much time i spend writing emails for them calling for them and bringing tires from one place to another !!!!!! i almost become insane after last call then they said what courier didn't found the tires when they weere already picked up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my head almost exploded !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see some are very happy with this…

I see some are very happy with this firm, some are unhappy. Writing this review so people interested will make their own choice to purchase or not to. I order a part for an Iveco, the delivery was trough GLS, delivered in a reasonable time. The customer service was fast to respond to my questions regarding the shipping. Product came intact and with good packing. So...personally I`m happy with it.

Shipping time

On website, is info about shopping 1-2days after payment.
Now Im wait 9 days! and package is still in Germany.
Totaly one big misunderstanding! 😮

I do not recommend, unless someone likes to wait.
