Everything as expected
I have to admit, I looked into TrustPilot AFTER sending my order in, and with recent negative reviews, I was quite worried with how this was going to go. To my pleasure, the order was processed, delivery notifications sent and products received exactly as promised, in fact I think they even turned up a day or two early. The only glitch was that my account was debited upon order confirmation and not order sent. However, the parts were delivered as ordered and are now installed on my car and working perfectly. A great experience and I'll definitely be using them again.

Should have listened to the bad reviews
I needed a part for my car in a hurry, and since most car parts websites on here have terrible reviews I was forced to take a chance with these guys.
I ordered the part on Tuesday, and contacted them on Thursday to check the status. They told me it was currently being handled and would be shipped within 24 hours.
On Friday I checked with them again and they told me it was ready and would be shipped either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning at the latest. They even told me they would contact the warehouse and would hurry it up!
On Saturday morning I contacted them again and they told me the part would be shipped on Monday, and that the shipping company doesn't work on weekends!
At this point I have completely lost faith and cancelled the order, it doesn't seem like the customer service staff have any contact with the shipping or other departments. They just give vague scripted answers.
Stay well away.
