Quick response/ problem resolved

We reserved 4 places for an event. But later the place of the event changed and we got informed by SMS and E-mail right the way. And we asked for refund since the new place wasnt what we expected and Biletix's team was quick to respond and resolve our problem. Thank you very much🙏🏻🙏🏻

Although I was informed about the cancellation of the event by e-mail and sms, I delayed the return period because I did not check. Despite this, as a result of reaching the Biletix officials, my fee refund was made. Thank you Biletix.

Incedently without being aware I bought…

Incedently without being aware I bought 2 tickets at differnent rows. Just contacting once biletix provided me a solution. We bought 2 new tickets next each other and will get back paid the first tickets. Thank you

The concert was postponed

The concert was postponed. The website said they would automatically refund my money. I waited a few weeks and that didn't happen. I had to contact them by email. They responded very quickly and refunded my money. In the end, I'm satisfied. Thank you. I would use their services again.

I bought two non-refundable tickets for an event. Due to an illness, I contacted biletix customer service and told them i couldn’t be there. They asked for my medical report and helped me get a refund. They were quite helpful and kind. I will probably use only biletix from now on.
