biletomat.pl - uwaga na ceny

Oceniając serwis biletomat.pl mogę powiedzieć jedno: już nigdy więcej nie kupię tam żadnego biletu. Okazało się, że ten sam bilet na to samo wydarzenie można było kupić bezpośrednio u organizatora bez żadnej opłaty serwisowej, a przez biletomat doliczono dodatkowe 15 zł. Kiedy od razu po zakupie złożyłam reklamację, dostawałam tylko negatywne odpowiedzi wygenerowane przez AI. Zero indywidualnego podejścia do klienta. Nie mam nic przeciwko samym opłatom, ale brak jasnej informacji o różnicach cen między kanałami sprzedaży jest dla mnie nie w porządku. Rada dla innych: przed zakupem warto porównać ceny u organizatora i na innych serwisach.
