Achtung keine Rückerstattung!
Tickets wurden im Oktober 2022 bestellt für eine Veranstaltung, die im Februar 2023 statt finden sollte. Diese wurde abgesagt bzw. um 9 Monate verlegt. In diesem Fall hab ich das Recht mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Der Verkäufer Biletru.de weigert sich aktuell und ignoriert die Nachrichten.
Ich schalte Anwalt ein, ohne wird nichts passieren!
