My email was hacked. No real security. My payments never received. Someone else received the money. Not secure and no help. Messed up my email account. Nice mess to try and unwind😖

I filled out a form that should have allowed me to change my bank information. They ignored it and sent the money to an unknown bank. After dozens of emails that made it very clear to everyone involved that a mistake happened on their part, they refused to send the money to the correct bank. Even though they all knew perfectly well that it was their fault. I can't imagine what it must be like working at a company that operates like this.

Minus stars are possible? Awful awful service! No sense of timely responses (almost no responses whatsoever) and when they do send one, it has nothing to do with your query. A total joke of a system! If one has changed his home address, that cannot be updated/amended. You need to create a NEW email address for that as well in order to still see your purchases on your account or to take any actions. The most ilogical policy possible! But purchases are still accepted with “old” email in the system, you still get notifications. You just can’t access them in your portal, can’t postpone payments, can’t have a visual confirmation of what’s going on. How is this possible?! Customer services? Ah.. better not! They have one thing on their website and a complete opposite in practice. Would not recommend to anyone AT ALL! Plus: cherry on top? The service is offered in English, but if you call, obviously, when you get to speak to someone, ohhh sorry, not speaking English actually. Seriously?!

BEWARE!! PayMyBill and Adventee have joined together to steal your money! Their server is unsecured and it stole my credit card info and then proceeded to empty my account!! Do NOT USE this site for payments!!

an order was overpayed by me. Billpay did not pay it back to me automatically since my credit card is registered in Switzerland (I don’t see the differnce to a German one). After providing my IBAN I’ still waiting for the payment. Calls to the helldeak end mostly in a long queue (36’, 47’, 21’) and do not solve the problem either.

Unbelievably bad performance, nothing short of fraud, reminders and fees for already paid bills and no customer service, why any reputable company would use them is beyond me. AVOID using at all costs!!!!
Possible fraud case

I feel ripped off by a shady payment company handling payments of former DriveNow Accounts even after the fact that DriveNow was merged into ShareNow and BillPay or the underlying payment method is nowhere to be found in the ShareNow App... Not entirely BillPay's fault, but this is incredibly bad customer experience.
