The driver was helpful and cooperative

The driver was helpful and cooperative, realising that we were elderly he delivered the pallet into the kerb at the rear rear of our house then trucked it into the secure compound so we were able to lock our rear gates and keep it secure until we hired somebody to assemble it for us. It will be assembled some tine this week.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY! I wish I read the reviews before buying. Delivery was 2 months and then I wasn't made aware of the delivery. It didn't all fit together properly, it may as well not have been treated. Parts were not flush. I communicated with them and stated that I could have the parts that were faulty. I'd need a new greenhouse! They couldn't do that, I then said a new greenhouse would be just as bad anyway, they continued to say I could have new parts! Nothing professional about thr build. It looks like it was done by prisoners that were learning a new trade. Not worth the money at all. Please don't waste your time and we got the instructions months before thank you! It wasn't the instructions it was the quality and you can't replace the whole greenhouse!

Overall not a good experience

The delivery seem to take forever. When the building did arrive one of the side sections was damaged. The wrong roof was sent. One of the hinges was broken. The shed base did not fit the building so I had to buy additional timber to put this right. The panel on one of the doors had a gap in the middle and daylight could be seen. There was one of the handles missing and when that eventually arrived it did not match the original and no black screws were provided. Overall I have been disappointed with y purchase and would not recommend anyone to buy one.

Take the maximum weight limit specified seriously!

I purchased a Lollipop Junior Playhouse, i.e. the one raised off the ground. It arrived around 10 weeks later. There were issues with correct screws etc and quality of materials, but I expected this based on previous reviews and the low price. The major issue I experienced is that in order to install the windows, you do this from the inside of the house, after you have assembled it on top of the raised platform (about 3ft high). Now the weight limit of the house is 50kg, but how many male adults are 50kg? I am 95kg and having assembled 3 of the 4 windows my 5 year old daughter (20kg) scaled the ladder i was using to enter and exit, came into the house and within 20 seconds, there was a loud cracking sound and the entire house collapsed to the ground folding in half and trapping us inside. We were not injured, though obviously traumatised. I estimate that including tools etc, we were probably 120kg in total in there. More than double the weight limit, yes, though I only googled the weight limit after the incident as it never entered my head that the weight of 1 adult and 1 child would literally bring the house down.

And finally, the same order also included a standing barbecue (no issues, a decent product), and a patio heater (damaged - I gave up trying to get refunded or return it due to lack of response from customer services).

On reflection, I will probably not buy from this company again.

Steer clear of billyoh sheds they are terrible

They kept saying the shed was held up and delayed, i had to threaten with solicitors for it to be delivered, the window panes were missing, build quality is terrible and poor quality wood, only a few panels actually lined up, had to assemble the door panels myself, cannot speak to an english person on the phone after waiting for over an hour to be put through then they didnt have a clue what they was doing, steer clear of billyoh sheds they are the worst shed manufacturer i have ever dealt with, the screws are cheap and cheerful with the heads rounding out and yes i did use the correct bit, a lot snapped off before being fully in, the wood for the battening was warped and twisted, the only straight pieces was the tongue and groove for the roof

Worst shed even brought- @billyoh

@billyoh. Terrible insulated shed, the instructions not worth the PDF they were sent on, had to buy more wood to complete the build at my own expense, poor wood ,T&G damaged/broken.
Terrible idea for insulation as the screws get wrapped around the webbing fabric and rip off the insulation when over boarding, this again needs to be replaced at my own cost- delivery- I was told multiple times it's on time for delivery when the final day came email to say delayed,no time period offered turned up 2weeks after the max delivery date.

Have done business with this company…

Have done business with this company around 9 years ago when I had a shed from them. It is still standing. On the strength of that experience have gone for the greenhouse. I like the idea of a greenhouse that does not use glass ans there anre a lot of trees hereabouts. Awaiting delivery of the goods.

Incompetent service from start to…

Incompetent service from start to finish.

From the moment I placed the order, the experience was frustrating. Payment was taken immediately, yet I received no confirmation or email—leaving me to chase the company just to confirm my purchase on many occasions.

When the delivery finally arrived, it was incomplete, with parts missing. Once again, I had to follow up myself and wait for another delivery.

The quality of the shed itself is very disappointing. The wood feels poor, and despite being advertised as made-to-measure, the sizing is inaccurate.

The only positive aspect was the communication from the delivery team, who were helpful and responsive.

To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to a manager about these issues, I was told someone would call me back. Over a week later, I’m still waiting.

Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this company.

Renna Summer House

Absolutely delighted with my recent summer House purchase, from initial order to delivery the communication was superb.
I am very handy a diy and once I started erecting I was feeling very positive about the summer House, I did deviate from the instructions slightly, I just put a few screws around the panels to attach to the base to help get the roof on as this is heavy, I then removed the screws and did all the adjustments before finally screwing to the base, this is vital that you do this.
I also filled all the joints on the roof with bitumen compound before fitting the felt just for additional protection and I applied mastic to the windows.

What a shambles

What a shambles. Avoid this company.

I paid £5200 for a garden office. It said error on the online portal system but pending in the bank. I called them and they said their system was 'so old' it couldn't cope with an order where the card address was different from the delivery address and to call the bank to cancel it. Called the bank they didn't understand the issue at all but said the company should be able to process the order as it was authorised by the bank (so not held by them for fraud prevention or anything). Go back to BillyOh - they now say that there's nothing they can do and I have to wait 7 days after which of course the shed may not be on offer. I have to get quite strong to get them to at least confirm they will hold the price for me. It wasn't the issue of the payment that annoyed me, it was the way they dealt with it. Once minute she said she couldn't guarantee the price because there was no order on the system, and then suddenly she could bring up all my info, but couldn't send me an email because their system didn't allow it. It was lie after lie and the customer service was appalling. The lady on the other end couldn’t have cared less.

Having read the reviews maybe I have dodged a bullet.

I have a bad experience putting up a…

I have a bad experience putting up a tremeant wooden potting shed 12ft x 6Ft,

Let me explain about the manual instructions assemble to build a shed. The guidelines between 8ft x 6ft and 16ft x 6ft potting shed doesnt explained it very well about a 12ft x 6ft potting shed. I wish the guidelines were clearer on 12ft x 6ft rather than mixing with 8ft x 6ft and 16ft x 6ft potting sheds. The manual instructions assemble shed are so confusing.

Being honest turnout completly disaster; the wooden panels were a bit odd in shape, and the corners were splitting off. I was thinking they didn't fit together with just a little gap,

So unhappy, bad, poor quality, and badly delivered, I was actually amazed that putting the roof together felt like ripping paper, which starts to leak so much, I can't imagine it going to last me for a very long time, and a couple of years' money spent goes down the drain once again. It wasn't my expectation.

I'm very disappointed with the shed sitution i didnt relised 16 glazing windows; they were very fraglie can easily break, and a few missing plasitce sill from bad delivery. Just to warn you guys, double-check before building the shed, it's not as easy as really hard to replace parts further, dealing with customer support service.

I won't buy a shed from this company. I wish I had done my research properly, read the reviews next time,

The instructions that were sent with my…

The instructions that were sent with my greenhouse were very poor.i phoned and the man said I’ll send them to your email. He did and the instructions he sent were again very poor. It didnt explain fitting the windows very clearly ,which bits to cut which bits not to cut , it didnt tell you where to place the roof braces to the side panels.some of the wood was split with screws not being put in correctly.some of the wood had no numbers on them so a struggle to see which went where.however it’s up and running now and looks very nice.
