I paid 40£ for my order and I have not received it. Bi Market is a scam people please don't buy from here. Since I gave my order I've emailed, WhatsApp'd and called them every day for two weeks and NO ONE responds. They know I want a refund for the order I didn't receive, and they are intentionally missing my attempts to reach out. VERY disappointed!!!!

Good service, high quality products and good customer service

I was a bit cynical when I saw the word excellent used so many times, as I thought it must have been the same reviewer.

However, I ordered a fair amount of Turkish goodies to make the almighty Turkish breakfast and did so before 12:00. To my surprise it was delivered that same evening (London).

I then started to check the goodies and found an error. But no... they did not have a big pot of molasses, so gave me two smaller ones, so all fine and sorted.

What I like about the website is that you can see the product description and look up which brand suits you best, but also that they give some indication what to use the product for.

Oh and I forgot to say that the dairy/cheese/cream was packed in a cool "bag", so all was received in perfect temperature.

So nothing but compliments!

I started to order from them when I was living in London. Then I moved to Cambridge and keep ordering from Bimarket because they are very well organised for out of London too. They are doing the packaging extremely carefully and it is very possible to find a gift from them in each delivery box. I can find many fresh and delicious food in Bimaket. They are always getting in touch for updates and try to find the item that you are looking for. Bimarket always make me feel special. Feeling like home. I love to order from them and highly recommend to everyone.

It was the first time I used their service, and now they are my best online shop for Turkish products!
Their service was really fast, I ordered on Sunday night and received my order on Monday :) The products were fresh, especially vegetables (As you know it's really hard to get fresh veggies when you order online🤦🏻‍♀️)
They were also kind enough to send a small gift :)

I'm so thankful to Bi Market for saving me from my Turkish husband's pressure about me making sarma for him 😅 He literally shopped from all the turkish markets to find the perfect sarma. And eventually he fell in love with Bi Market's sarma. For me they are definitely 5/5.

I heard that they get fined due to selling alcohol illegally. So they stopped now. What a shame!
