Fraud.
As a legal US resident, I created an account, verified my identity, set up direct deposit, and deposited $****. The next day they blocked my account and demanded a video of me holding a DL which I sent them. The next day I got a response that they do not allow me to use their platform and I have 72 hours to withdraw funds, but they did not unblock the account. It's a f***** joke - they hold your deposit for 10 days, block your account and tell you with a smile on the face: "Now try to get your money back."

Invested heavily with Binance.US to have them simply decide to lock my verified account. When I filed a support ticket, they told me they needed to re-verify my account and asked for a video, id, and other information. I provided that and any time I asked for a status update they said "we will get back to you soon." After a few weeks, they simply quit responding altogether. To date, they are still sitting on thousands of my dollars with no response and not unlocking my account, despite my doing everything they asked.

My account has been locked for almost a month now. I have been reaching out to Binance customer support but no response. I have no idea what’s going on in my account. My money is just in there. You all better not take my money. This is ridiculous. BINANCE YOU NEED TO REPLY MY MESSAGES AND UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT.

its not so good if everyone complains about a particular issues and nothing is been done to corrected except we use external companies like KoinHuntas website, before issues are resolved. binance, you cant just wake up and decide to block my account for no reason, why? they keeping telling me stories about verifying my income, when did you guys become the governement?

I owned roughly $5000 worth of BNB that mysteriously sold one day at over a 50% loss on a day that the price rose over 20%. I've written a complaint and 6 months later they still have not responded. They have NEVER replied to any support messages and now I've found out that everyone has the same experience. They have no office location and you can not file any type of lawsuit against them. They are completely unregulated and an example of the exact type of exchange to avoid because they will rip you off and there is nothing you can do. PLEASE BOYCOTT BINANCE AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!

they stole my ALGO . it went to their corporate wallet and they refused to give them to me. They banned me on reddit, and they closed my account as I filed legal action. These guys are Thieves!

I have had zero issues with this company, although it does require some patience to get things going (verification). I like their whitelisting option, and their trading fees are super cheap. IMHO if you want to keep crypto on exchange and trade for capital gains, you won't find a more user-friendly and cost effectiveness exchange. If you transfer off exchange, I prefer paying a network fee over Binance's flat fee, but the flat fee may be cheaper if you send enough. This comparison is crypto dependent, for my ALGO I buy and transfer to Ledger, but not BTC and ETH.

There something wrong with this company. They must be collecting data. I have not been able to login since Oct, 2021. They sent me this on Friday.

Oh man where do I begin lol...
Trouble receiving email to verify, was using referral code found online. $100 bonus after completing tasks. Email would never go though. Tried to use their chat virtual assistant, just a constant loop of questioning, I needed to lie to it to get it to create a ticket. lol my life... Cust. support was literally no better (or exactly the same)... just a loop of questioning and then some guy 6 replys deep sends the same cookie cutter message the first guy sent me. lol. Like... just fix the email... Finally reset myself, used different code, got in... Now documents lol... Just a nightmare, they want me to email everything... I asked for something like an online ID Verifier to do it securely. Like all the other exchanges i use did, they send link to your phone, and you do this face recognition thing. (now that i think about it, kinda scary the robots know what i look like in 3d now.) I received an email link to a drop box, another for sharefile... none of which are part of binance.us... this is not more secure! ... im just about done. No thanks, don't waste your time. UPDATE 2/26/22: definitively done... Feels like your dealing with some kind of chop shop in east jabib.

They locked my account for 1 month, customer service so useless

Worst company and customer service ever. Been waiting almost 5 months to have my account verified. And it’s still not done

This loser company has the nerve to lock up my trading because an ach was denied. I get an email that i needed to deposit the money in so and so days. fine enough, no harm no foul. I had 5 ach's on the way. but once the first one was denied all these locks went into effect and while crypto prices were falling and i needed to trade out to sve the money, there was no so and so days to send the money, the second you sold any asset they sucked the money out of your account leaving me in the negative. the coins i didnt sell i couldnt now sell cause the price dropped and if i sold them to get into a better situation or coin it was impossible cause the second i try to sell out of a crashing coin they sucked up the money. So having no options to trade my way out i blocked all ach deposits and told them if they liquidate the xccount we are even. I had no choice but to abandon it cause their system removed all possibilities of trading out of a crashing coin without losing everything.

Then they liquiidate the account coins that are left after they dropped and try telling me i owe them 22 thousand dollars.. yeah ok.. ill sit in prison before i pay these scammers a dime. I was never allowed to withdrw or remove any coins. and in a down market i couldnt trade them either without the market taking my fiat after the sale.

I had the absolute worst experience with Binance.us exchange. I believe it is a scam. Now that they have all of my personal information they won't even respond to me or activate my account. The worst customer service of any crypto company I've worked with.

I’d give zero if possible. My account got hacked and money taken out of my bank and they won’t resolve the issue. I don know what to do. Thinking to file police report and sue. Unbelievably horrible company.

The worst trading platform. Highly questionable. Takes 2 - 3 attempts to login first of all. Yep, they can't even get that right. BUY orders result in inexplicable error popups and after 3 or 4 attempts you find out that they have all gone thru. Now forced to sell the other 3 and wait 10 days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.
Going to move my crypto in this account to Metamask and close this down. I hope the govt. regulates the hell out of them. Imagine making billions and not springing for decent web and trading platform developers.
