The worst customer service imaginable. I called 3 times about a massage bed I wanted to order. Wanted an email confirming that delivery would between the dates specified as I was ordering two beds. A lady called Mumtaz agreed to send it. Then 15 minutes later the website price increased by 30%. They did not even have the courtesy of calling and telling me. Needless to say this is not a company I recommend anyone to purchase from. They have no idea about the products they offer, their prices, the timeline and when it comes down to it will change the price when you are ready to purchase it.

The apps is good. I like it better compared to other online apps.. satisfied customer here❤️ it's super convenient, you should try it too..

I have ordered online for Go-pro hero 9 accessories. That also include battery through Online and lately the item is not available for some security reason, I am very much flattered because the seller 110 percent of the amount of money back to the same account that I used in online transaction. They just made it without contacting the while the rest of the laser measuring tools and other accessories were perfectly packed in good shape and I tested I get what my expectation is thank you to the team binge. ae and their partner Aramex, Kudos Pals.

No questions or hesitations, THE best place to shop with a really great customer service. Finding myself shopping at binge.sa more than Amazon because of the variety of items and the free shipping.
Only big issue is the tracking they need to give more details when we inquire about an order.
Few things I'd say that need improvements are the means of contacting customer service sometimes emails don't get delivered and the methods of paying would love a system to pay later/ divide payments.

I PURCHASE PRODUCTS AND CANT EVEN TRACK MY ORDER. I CANT EVEN LOG IN THE WEBSITE THAT I USED YO BUY EVEN THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD IS CORRECT.

I actually don't know what review to write as I have no clue what's happening with my order, there is absolutely no response from the live chat, no response for my email and the mobile number mentioned on the website is "blocked". I paid more than 3 times the actual price of the product but still waiting. Can someone help me out?

If I could post a poor review of Binge everyday, I would. I am confident that whatever good reviews they have are purchased/ or fraudulent in some fashion because Binge and their team are a sad excuse for an e-commerce business.

I think they were trying to mimic Amazon, but what a joke.
All they do is buy items from Amazon, and resell them for double, sometimes triple the price.
Unlike Amazon, they have NO customer service. They don't have a contactable number, and any emails sent to them are pretty much responded to by automated messages, and then ultimately ignored.
Don't trust this company. Buy your things directly from Amazon and use a third party shipper like myus.com to get your items to you. At least if anything goes wrong, you have multiple avenues to reach customer service. And you never have to worry about waiting weeks, months (like what I faced) for a refund.
I have been waiting for my refund which was supposed to credited to my account no later than the 12th of January. Guess what, It just posted on the 18th and cleared on the 22nd!

Binge is my recommended e-commerce website, because of fast delivery, mostly took one week time, and vast options of products that they cover, plus US products similar to Amazon US store, can ship locally without the ask for local address in US, etc.. in summary one of my best website and very recommended, the team is also is one of the best in market, they are professionals and very supportive and respond to queries quickly.

though order delivered late, we're happy with the product and the staff. Just need to improve your tracking system online because its very poor.

if i have any missing or damage item they are replacing it and send very quickly with out keeping you calling and sending emails many time like many other companies
and also the price of many things cheaper than other sites
and the delivery is fast because if there is any delay they contacting the shipping company

its a FRAUD. price is 3 times higher and delivery is delayed, i even pay for additional delivery in UAE.
