Scam was only given 1 month of service. I paid for 1 full year but instead was given only 1 month of service. the seller does not reply to emails

Scam, of website.
Paid for one year and was given only one month and there’s no communication from the seller. Was diverted to Whatapp phone number and the guy said he is a friend with the other guy which took the website with him and now is scamming people by only giving them one month after you pay for a year.
