I deposited money analld then i ciuld not understand how to buy cards, and there was no one to help, no live help or even chat host even though it was 7 am.

When i spome up about the fact that if they accept a deposit, there should be help at that time too, they started saying i couldnt talk about it in chat. I think if it is the truth, you should not be.censored. they want issues to stay secret.

I found staff to be intransigent and i decided to cash my money back
However, they make sure you dont get it back. You need at least 100 for a withdrawal and have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get your money. That is unacceptable. They dont wait 3 weeks to take your money, do they.

On top of all that, i used interac but they cannot return the money to my acct. They accept etransfers but cannot refund you there.

It is a real company but they find a way to get you with their rules and hide behind the terms and conditions, but. no one reads those and they know that.

As soon as you have a complaint, they want to get rid of you, instead of using it as something constructive.
