Their website has been hacked

Their website has been hacked, or they are scamming people.
There's official people on telegram offering services, I verified them on their website, I verified them with their agent on their customer service platform, and they said it was all good, that I can proceed with payment.

I made the payment, they blocked me, and now the customer service agents are saying to me that they are not officials, and that I just should go to the police, they cannot help me.

The website still showing these people as verified.

Be careful, I don't know if BingX is scamming, or they been hacked, or their employees are playing around.

BINGX don’t care about their users and scam them

This exchange has disappointed me and many people a lot. I am a long-time holder of a meme coin called $Ivfun. Everything was fine until the listing on BingX and the subsequent hacking of this exchange. As a result of the hacking of hot wallets, a large number of coins were stolen and sold. Because of this, the price fell from 0.018 to 0.0015. After that, the exchange promised to compensate for the losses. After 2 months of negotiations and promises, they still could not make normal compensation to people who lost a lot of money due to their security problems. Because of their negligence, people's reputations suffer and the wealth of ordinary people decreases. I strongly do not recommend contacting this exchange. I do not understand how they so easily deceive their users in front of everyone.

Scam website! I made a deposit, but it never went through. When I contacted support, they claimed the amount was below the minimum, even though it wasn't. They also charge excessive transfer fees. Please guys be careful from this scam site 🚨🚨🚨

I sign up and trade I have no referrals. I saw there spot trading events and participated they ask to complete trading I do that with spending more than 55$.

After that they says wait to get reward 7 days now 21 days finished no rewards when I chat with them they says they don't know the reason, I chat in there telegram group they banned me there.

Please guys don't deposit your hard work money on bingx platform. God will punish them soon.

I recommend you do not send money to BingX

I made a fiat deposit x000 EUR. One week after I do not see my funds on my BingX account. A Sepa transfer, it takes 2 or 3 days. 3 days after transferring, his partner, Legend Trading told me that funds had not arrived. Cannot withdraw my coins. BingX asking allways for Google authenticator verification.
But never installed authenticator.
Install Authenticator also not possible.
Support is the worst you can imagine.

BingX Scam / works with scammers

These guys are too slick. They work in a team with fraudulent Influencers like Ruslan Khairulin and IvFun project. Support responds sneakily, brazenly, does not fulfill obligations, does not fulfill customer requests. They close the dialog when they don't know what to answer a question. One person from the support says one thing, the other another. This is not an exchange, but bots, or some incomprehensible people who were recruited to work by using bluetooth. Unprofessional!!! Scam company.I'm a victim of their…

Scam company.I'm a victim of their scam. They don't allow me to transfer my fund out as lost my Google Authenticator.
None of proofs of identity or transaction id from fund transfers are accepted.
They communicate terribly with weird instructions.

Avoid. If you're a profitable trader find a domestic company where you're backed up by the court of law in case of dispute.

UPDATE: below you'll find the summary of experience

BingX as Company doesn't allow me to move funds but I have provided all the required evidence of my identity and what else was requested.

I understand that BingX's priority is protecting users assets but at the same time this process would need to be better.

Basically BingX is not allowing me to reset my Google Authenticator due to bogus requirements and therefore I cannot transfer my funds.

I moved to the UK and because they don't provide the services in UK because it's a restricted region, I need to transfer my funds out. Support keeps adding new tasks on top of the previously requested proofs and identity check. The instructions are vague and make little sense to a customer and just raises more questions.

I'm LEVEL 2 KYCd and was living in a country where BingX allowed to operate. Then I moved to UK.

This is my KYCd account. Should allow me to do everything.
BUT because I have GA enabled and lost it I'm in an impossible situation.

SO they required me to do the following.

1. Proof of Identity automated system - DONE - I have upload a picture of me and my passport and paper showing Bing X and today's date.

2. Proof of funds automated system - DONE - I have uploaded a video of multiple transactions where my funds originate from. The funds came from other exchanges. 1 large USDC transfer and a small transfer of Solana. Basically 2 different exchanges. I had to record my computer screen to with my phone to show that I have logged in.

I had to record the login process from the point of showing that I entered 2FA key.
BY the way it is very difficult if you have a modern mobile phone because you record in HD minimum and the recording will be over 50Mb which is what they allow the video size to be for the automated system. So this in itself is very difficult to achieve because you have just enough time to record the login so that the compressed video is NOT greater than 50Mb.

The upload function doesn't work. Because I tried it 3 times and it just gives you the circles after upload then it shows an icon and you can proceed to submit the request. Later I learned that the video didn't even upload…
So I gave section 1 and 2 multiple tries via the automated system and because I failed to provide evidence which I believe I did because there was no errors on the UI during the submission now they DENY the request to modify verification option.

4. Additional proofs automated system - DONE - now they requesting me to log in from a trusted device and add transaction ID from and old wallet transfer. I don't have an old wallet. I only have transferred from other exchanges and only made around 15 transactions according to the available history. l logged in from my phone to the website as that's a trusted device. I noted down the time as requested and entered the time and date and manually

I was in touch with support, where they again asked to log in from my phone and note time down specifically. So I gave the exact time to the minute in local time that is in UK GMT+0.
They said there was no login record at the specific time at GMT+2. Not sure why they are looking for GMT+2 login times when UK is GMT+0.

Summary:
I believe that for large account holders there should be a better way of dealing with this.
For example a live call where I can show my identity documents and prove the client is genuine.
The communication is inefficient and the automated system is faulty which leads to more errors from the client side and worsens the situation.

A case manager should deal with these type of cases on an individual basis not the support chat and email.

The automated system should be improved to allow longer videos and not allow the user to submit a request that is not fit for assessment.

The support communication should be improved so there's a better experience so the customer is not feeling that it's a lost cause to resolve the issue.

I understand that BingX has to make the right decision but it's important to work together with genuine client not against them.

BingX hack

They had a breach in security. Exchange was hacked. No proper communication with community has been done. Withdrawal of tokens are still closed. It's been a month, no actions taken from an exchange.

Hello! I can't rate highly an exchange that doesn't want to restore the liquidity of the coin or compensate for losses after its hot wallets were hacked.

The worst platform

The worst platform

This is the worst platform when it comes to buying and exchanging crypto, because even after having passed all the security measurements, and verification tests. They still restrict features without any reason, simply because their software does trigger false security warnings, and as a result one has to go through all the admin again, to verify everything once more, then wait up to 10 days until it is resolved. And if you lucky your features will be reinstated faster, but it won't take long for them to do it again to you, so you constantly have to re-engage with customer support to get it resolved.

I deleted my account with them and will never return to this platform!!!!
