All of their products are so stunning, especially if you fancy something more than just the generic white snug! I honestly do not have anything wrong to say about the product, website or the service 💖 thank you so much binibamba, couldn't be happier!!! This was my first purchase with you and will definitely be purchasing more again, especially eyeing up the new collection with studio noos, will need to invest in the puffmuff for the colder times! x 👀 (the only thing I could complain about is the delivery fee which is not even expensive at all tbh, and I'd rather pay the charge and make sure that my item gets to me safe, than have free delivery and risk it being lost)

Bought as a gift for my daughter and the mittens look amazing, beautifully packaged I know she will love them. Great service and communication definitely worth 5 stars 🤩

I am normally not the type to write a review but this time I have to. Not only the shipment is one of the fastest I experienced for an international order, the service is also something special. The brand manager was so nice via Instagram where I sent a request concerning my recent order. My problem was solved right away with nothing but positive vibes. Quality wise, the products are also very high quality. Definitely will be ordering again!

My favourite brand ever, I got the toast snuggler for when my baby was newborn which he still uses now and used all throughout summer too but the temperatures dropped so we splurged on the puffmuff and so glad we did. We get SO many compliments and no other brand i’ve seen compares in style and quality. The best investment for my baby ever. The customer service / social team are also very lovely and shipping is extremely fast! The perfect brand

Such a lovely company and beautiful, well made products. Despite only welcoming my little one 9 weeks ago I have amassed quite a collection already including 3x snugglers! I always get compliments on them and my boy is always so comfortable!

I ordered the milk snuggler and am so impressed with the quality of the item. Incredibly soft and luxurious. Can't wait to see my little girl use it this December when she arrives! I also placed an order for the buggy mittens in milk - a treat for myself and they look fab!

Binibamba products are absolutely gorgeous quality and as a bonus, chemical free, I can’t fault them. Ive purchased the Snuggler, booties and footmuff and love them all. The Footmuff and Snuggler keep baby so warm and cosy in her pram, she sleeps like a dream in there. A truly lovely brand 🤎

I ordered the pram puffmuff and mittens for my granddaughter who lives in London. I hit the pay now button before I realized I had shipped to my address In America. I frantically emailed the BINIbamba customer service and to my surprise they got right back to me and changed the shipping address. Incredible customer service and Hannah was so kind. My daughter is so excited to get this product and it will be there soon, thanks to a company who values their customers.

Ordering a gift for a friend, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong colour snuggler. I emailed the company at 10pm at night asking to change the colour over, to my surprise I had a reply from them by 8:30am, confirming the change in my order - You don’t get customer service like that anymore!

Customer service is amazing! I put in the wrong postcode for a gift and Royal mail sent it back to them and they then resent it out to my friend. Quick response and lovely customer service team. Thanks so much!
