Absolutely fantastic customer service - especially from Francesca.
Had an issue with the handle of one of the bins. Sent a photo, exchanged an email and the next day a new replacement bin insert arrived.
Am incredibly impressed with the customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic company with amazing customer service. They were recommended to us by our kitchen designer and although their bins are quite expensive, there's a wide range of bins with various configurations and most importantly we had really good customer service. When our kitchen fitter had difficulty fitting the front panel, Binopolis was very helpful with sending additional screws and videos on how to fit the parts. And several months after installation when one of the bin handles broke, they sent a replacement bin within 24 hours. Really happy with the bins and the customer service!

I am very happy with my purchase from Binopolis. The delivery was extremely fast and I received my order the very next day, which was excellent.

The instructions were a little limited initially, but their customer service was outstanding. They responded very quickly and clarified everything clearly, which made the process easy.

There was a minor cosmetic issue with two of the bins, but Binopolis handled it very efficiently. They resolved the issue promptly and sent replacement bins very quickly, without any hassle.

Overall, the product quality, fast delivery, and excellent customer support really stood out. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order from them again.

Delivered the next day and I am very pleased indeed with it. It is very well made and sturdy and took about an hour to fit.

My only criticism is the standard of the instructions that came with it. They were graphical only and relatively straightforward apart from the fitting of the cupboard door to the bin carrier. I couldn't understand the instructions and ended up making a cardboard template of the fitting area to ensure the door was fitted in the correct position.

All done now and working beautifully!

Binopolis is extremely expensive for the products they offer. But the biggest frustration is that I got a pull out recycling bin where the lid doesn't stay steady when you pull out the bins or when you push them back. Everytime you move the bins in or out, the top lid lifts, which is a ridiculous design and not fit for purpose. Their customer service doesn't accept to pay for the return and they are now ignoring my emails. Be careful when you but because this design flow is not obvious in the images

Not happy with my product and customer service just said they cant do anything. What a waste of a lot of money. Can get it a lot cheaper from other platforms, I should not have purchased

Jane is an absolute star! I had been searching for a specific design of integrated bin for refuse and recycling but it had to fit perfectly in the space I already had. I contacted Binopolis for help and had the pleasure of dealing with Jane who went beyond the call of duty in helping me. She was thorough, easy to understand, obviously extremely interested in getting me the correct bin! I didn't know what a nice experience buying a bin could be! 😁 OK, seriously, thank you Jane, you're a credit to Binopolis.

For me, the true measure of a company's performance is not how they do when everything goes smoothly, but how they deal with a problem. After having overcome the challenges of getting us the bin we wanted at a time when most companies were unable to fulfil orders because of a problem with the distributor, we then had a further issue in that one of the runners for the bin was faulty. Jane at Binopolis was on it straight away and ensured that we got a replacement as quickly as possible and we now have a fully functioning bin with which we are delighted. Exceptional communication and all round customer service. What more can I say - we were very impressed and would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others....in fact we already have. Thank you Binopolis!

Binopolis must be having quite a tough time right now as on of their major suppliers has been hacked and certain supplies (including of the one we want) have been severely disrupted. This didn't, however, stop Robert (who turned out to be the "head honcho") and his colleague Jane being kind, considerate, patient, honest and helpful ... as well as knowledgeable. Hopefully we will get our bin but they have already made the process bearable.

I contacted Binopolis by email during the Covid 19 lockdown when presumably they will have been on a skeleton staff. I had a reply within 5 minutes and continued emailing with suggestions for my unusual request for an odd shaped bin. they resolved my request within the hour and I had my bins delivered within 48 hours!

We accidentally bought an integrated bin that was too large. Very quickly during the install we realised our mistake. We got in contact with Jane from Binopolis and explained the issue and our mistake. Jane very quickly organised the collection and return of the wrong item as well as a refund. She also ensured that the correct sized bin was sent to us quickly. We had it only two days later. This was during full Covid lock down.

I can't thank Jane enough. The bin is now installed and working beautifully. The build quality is excellent, instructions were very easy to follow for two novice DIY people. I would certainly recommend Binopolis to anyone looking for an integrated bin at a reas price.
