The kitchen food waste caddy was of good quality. Ordered on Sunday, delivered by DPD on Wednesday.

Customer service very excellent and helpful, excellent service order placed and received within 24 hours, would highly recommend.

It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order for two bins and still waiting. Like the other reviews they don’t answer phone calls or emails. A disgraceful way to operate a business, stay clear of this company at all costs.

I ordered a bin over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. I called them to see when it would come and they said they didn't know and would need to contact someone else. No one has got back to me yet. I have tried calling a few times since and it just goes through to voicemail.

Kitchen caddy ordered on the 24th of the month, received text saying it was to be delivered on the 30th, but that was subsequently brought forward to the 27th. I was due to be out, but there was a link in the text to click on where I could offer alternative people (neighbours) or a place for it to be left. All happened in line with my request and the caddy is happily gorging on food waste now. Felt I should offer a counterbalance to one-star reviews I'd seen but which didn't put me off. All satis and within spec!

Ordered 2 x 240 litre bins from this sham of a company on Monday 16th of April, after contacting them and asking if they delivered to the Highlands of Scotland. I was told they could, but the delivery would be £55, however, (they said) as soon as the bins were dispatched I would receive tracking information, and that they would probably be there either by the end of that week or early the next.

Hadn't received any tracking info by Thursday afternoon so called, and spoke to the same female (Emily), who supposedly spoke to the warehouse and was told it would now be early the following week.
Tried calling again on Monday and Tuesday and couldn't get through (apparently very busy), sent 2 emails, they weren't replied to.

Eventually got hold of someone on Wednesday morning (11am) who said he would contact the warehouse and send me an email with tracking info (money had been taken from my account at this point), at 2pm after receiving no email I called back and got the same truculent guy from the morning, who informed me that there was no tracking info as the bins had been sent by a pallet courier, so they didn't know which company it was. I asked to speak to a manager, but the manager refused to come to the phone, and told the guy to tell me that the bins would be there by 4pm Friday.

4.10 Friday, I rang again and was put through to Emily again who informed me that the bins wouldn't be arriving that day due to a mistake by the courier, but would be there Monday. I was offered my delivery cost back, but trying to be fair, I asked them for half of it, after assurances that the bins would be delivered on Monday, and even that she would contact me with an approximate time on the day!

It's now 2.30 on Monday 1st, I have tried to ring but both numbers are saying unavailable, and there has been no delivery so far!

Edit: 4pm bins eventually arrived, blue one dirty and scuffed but hey they're bins, right? ...still wouldn't deal with them again, so not changing the one star!!

Terrible service waited 20 days and still no items, called numerous times and fobbed off every time.
Pay the extra next time and choose a better company
