It is expensive so I was hesitant at first but wanted to give their products a go. However, I am obsessed with their protein granola specifically. Whenever I’m cooking or in the kitchen I can’t help have nibble and I’ve reached for that several times and knowing it’s good for me is great. Honestly the best granola I’ve tried. Is also super great as a mix in for ninja Creami protein ice creams. Looking forward to trying their overnight oats next.

As someone who’s quite careful with what I eat due to gut issues, finding foods that genuinely agree with me can be a challenge. Bio&Me has been a really positive addition to my routine.

There are so many options to choose from now, but I always come back to my staples. The Cocoa and Hazelnut and Super Seedy and Nutty Granola are my go to every time.

Lately, the Cocoa Overnight Oats have been a very welcome addition, perfect for busy mornings when I still want something that feels good for my gut and actually keeps me going.

I’m also finding more of the range in supermarkets now, which is great, but their online ordering is really handy too.

I love the focus on gut health, fibre diversity and natural ingredients, and it’s one of those rare finds that feels like you’re doing something genuinely good for your body without compromising on taste.

I’ve been trying the kefir yoghurt from Bio&Me and I really like it. I’ve started adding it to my morning routine, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. It tastes great, feels light, and sits really well with me. Definitely a product I’ll keep including in my daily routine.

I have their overnight oats every morning and recently tried the protein & fibre bars - a perfect snack to take with me to work!

My first time trying the Bio&Me oats and I was really surprised! I added honey and some grapes on top to make it a little sweeter and they tasted really good! And knowing that they are good for my gut was an added bonus. I'll definitely be buying again

Bio & Me has been a game changer. The only granola I have found that ticks all the boxes…chunky, full of flavour and only good gut health ingredients.

I love overnight oats… but I’m terrible at remembering to actually make them the night before.

These Bio&Me Coconut & Raspberry Overnight Oats are brilliant because they’re basically the lazy-girl version. Just add milk and they’re ready in about 3 minutes.

Creamy, slightly sweet from the raspberry, and the coconut gives it a nice tropical flavour. It feels like a healthy breakfast but without the effort.

Perfect for people like me who like the idea of overnight oats but forget the overnight part.

I've been on the lookout for a healthier alternative to my usual Weetabix and spotted the Pecan & Almond Granola mainly due to the awesome packaging! I added strawberry Greek yoghurt and wow - delicious! Crunchy, tasty and as it's plant based with low sugar and packed with fibre it's my new breakfast go-to!

Bio & Me pistachio granola and vanilla Kefir are my absolute favorite.
Also the company’s focus on gut health is admirable, as a lot of us don’t look after that properly.

Bio and Me are always reliable on taste and goodness. With over 12 plants in their museli and granola, I know I am starting my day in the best way. Gut health is extremely important to me and I have noticed the difference in my skin and immunity when i put the right foods inside my stomach. Bio and Me make such a good range, their Kefir Vanilla yoghurt is delicious and a firm favourite with my children also. Great added to their overnight oats too.

Wow. Such great products really. I used the overnight oats and that has been so amazing. The taste and the fact that it helps my gut is just the perfect one for me.

This product which I have tried before - the low sugar granola is so good! Perfect for yoghurt or just snacking.

I then tried the cocoa overnight oats & oh my god! Absolutely delicious. Like a dessert!! Healthy and so good for you! Totally recommend it to you!! I can’t wait to try some more of there products!

I love the Bio & Me granola. I am really interested in looking after my gut health. The granola is such an easy way to do this. It tastes delicious and is such an easy breakfast or snack.

Larger than normal oat bars, wow read the ingredients and was blown away with all the good stuff, juicy, fruity and really did give my mid afternoon energy slump a kick. Will buy again

I’ve tired the kefir yoghurts and the nutty granola so far in this range. I love that the range is sugar free and most importantly for me gluten free, as I cannot tolerate it. The kefir is so versatile, I’ve used it in many ways, to make dressings, dolloped on dinner - not just for breakfast. I trust dr Megan Rossi and truly believe in her company’s products.

I’ve tried so many of bio&me products and have enjoyed them all. Particularly love their kefir yoghurts & cocoa protein granola! The most important part to me is how great all the ingredients are - my favourite breakfast brand!
