This particular customer purchased our small model purifier which is for $169, and requested a refund, which was promptly processed, we did not let customer to keep the product, However it seems that despite receiving the refund, the customer remains dissatisfied with our product and several other products, as evidenced by negative reviews left on multiple platforms.
While we always aim to assist and resolve any concerns, we believe it’s important to maintain transparency. We refunded the customer, took back the product, and do not believe the dissatisfaction stems from any failure on our part. We have also noticed that the customer has since removed their negative reviews on other businesses, which may have benefited those companies.
Our focus is on helping all of our customers, and we stand by our products and services. That said, we are committed to handling any reviews or feedback, whether positive or negative, fairly and professionally.
We value the over 35,000 satisfied customers who trust our products, and we believe that there are always someone who will never satisfied. The customer removed negative removes to all other business she hardly have one positive review for business rest every single business has negative reviews given by her. After we said she gave everyone negative review she removed all other negative removes and gave some positive reviews. At least other business got benefit.

Cancel cancel this order! DO NOT SEND ME THE REPLACEMENT FILTERS!! I want to return all items, I tried one purifier unit that arrived today (non courier - NESB elderly woman who delivered using her own BMW car, driver did not speak much English, had no idea how to take a photo of the products as proof of delivery, asked me several times to help! Spent over 30 minutes with her whilst running late for work, she didn't even know there were 2 orders in her car for this address? So unprofessional).
Please note that everyone is working hard to make ends meet. The item was delivered via a third-party courier. While it’s possible the delivery driver was an elderly woman, we don't believe this should change the situation. Unfortunately, we can't speculate on the interaction between the customer and the driver, but we trust that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. She must have thrown first on the poor elderly driver and then straight away on us and started giving bad reviews everywhere she can! We can’t help such customer and no one can
