We take your concerns about leaking vials and business transparency seriously. Before receiving this review, we had not received a complaint from you, so we hadn’t had the opportunity to investigate or assist. We’ve since tried contacting you by phone but haven’t yet been able to connect.

Please email carl@biolabsresearch.co.za with your order number and photographs of the affected vials so we can investigate the reported leak and work towards a resolution. We can also address your questions about our business details and the management of the community groups you’ve mentioned.

Hi Nthabi, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery experience. According to the courier timeline, your parcel was collected on the 31st and delivered on the 2nd, which was within 2 days. As mentioned, deliveries to remote regional areas can take between 1–3 days, which is why this timeframe is noted for those locations. We do understand delays can still feel frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback.
