Disclaimer about everything and…

Disclaimer about everything and anything to do with the buying and use of the products. Prepared to charge a lot but have a waiver and disclaimer about any adverse effects, doping effects or pretty much everything else. Read the fine print before you risk your animal.

Thank you for your reply below. It is appreciated. However, if it is for research only why is it available to the public with a ten percent coupon discount? What are the regulations surrounding your research product? What practices have been put in place to protect the animals? Where is the safety data? Thank you

Thank you for your reply to my reply to your reply. Surely there must be some safety data? I am a veterinarian. How would I know what to recommend to patients without any data whatsoever?!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern.

Our disclaimers are clearly displayed because these products are supplied for research purposes only, and we believe customers should be fully informed before purchasing. We would rather be transparent about research-use limitations, animal welfare considerations, doping considerations, and the need for professional guidance than hide important information in order to make a sale.

We do not make treatment claims, and we always encourage customers to read all product information carefully and consult a qualified professional where animals, competition rules, or welfare concerns are involved.

We take responsible supply seriously and appreciate you highlighting the importance of reading the fine print.

Thank you for your follow-up. These are fair questions, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

Research-use products are available for purchase by members of the public, researchers, breeders, trainers, and animal professionals, provided they are purchased and handled for lawful research purposes and not used as a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or prescribed care.

Our products are not represented as registered veterinary medicine. The research-use disclaimer is there to make that distinction clear, not to avoid responsibility. Public availability and promotional pricing do not change the intended research-only status of the product.

In terms of animal protection, we do not provide treatment protocols, dosing instructions, or medical/veterinary claims. We encourage anyone working with animals to involve a qualified veterinarian, consider animal welfare first, and follow all relevant competition, doping, and research ethics requirements.

Regarding safety data, we agree that transparency is important. Where available, we provide product information such as batch details, certificates of analysis, and relevant safety documentation. We are also reviewing our website wording to make the research-use limitation, documentation, and responsible-use expectations even clearer.

We understand your concern and agree that customers should read the information carefully before purchasing. Responsible supply and animal welfare are important to us, and we appreciate you raising the issue.
