Not sure who’s fault it is,but ordered a rollater through Amazon,when delivered,it was just thrown over a 6 foot back gate which has a sign on it deliver to front door,not sure how they done this as is heavy …
Amazon are dealing with this but think they need to look ok at their courier companies …
Customer service superb! They dealt with my questions brilliantly and sorted out delivery frustrations. Scooter is Sturdee and has already making my life so much easier. I’m quite tall there is a little wobble sometimes but general use is outstanding.
Customer service are very helpful and reply to emails within 10 minutes which is fantastic service.
Fantastic set of crutches, really sturdy and comfortable to use, not easy to get the bottom part into the middle part (square peg, round hole) but it does fit. 100% recommend
Ordered a wheelchair for my elderly mother. Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the payment didn't process immediately but the company kindly waited and sorted out the issue without fuss. Excellent service

i acquired what I would call an elbow crutch. The wheels make it easier to use than an ordinary crutch. For the sake of balance I use a stick in my other hand when using the mobility aid. i'm sure it would be especially useful after surgery.
I’ve only been using them for 2 days & the ache in my shoulders feel so much less, long my that last.
I could not get the bottom section to marry up with the middle section, after several emails I managed it by putting a tiny drop of washing up liquid on the bottom section, then with quite a bit of pressure it all went together.

This is a very caring firm that takes care to ,ARKit the mobility produce that is right for you. I have no hesitation in commending them for both the products and the var3e off the staff.
Able to reach things without the fear of falling. Strong and sturdy and stable. Easy to assemble too. Good value for something so strong and stable. Customer service was excellent and helpful. If i need anything else I will certainly contact them. Highly recommend them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They accepted a transaction through their website and then tried to ask for more money after payment had been made saying they had listed the item incorrectly. They accepted payment which is legally binding. So they were happy to break the law to get every penny they could. Please don't use a company that would ignore legislation designed to protect consumers and act illegally. I have opened a case with Trading Standards and sent them copies of all emails. They forced a refund on me that I did not want. I wanted the items they sold. I identified the two acts they are in breach of so they acted willingly in breaching these with full knowledge of what they were doing.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, so unhelpful.
They do not listen when you inform them of any issues. You are expected to resolve any problems yourself despite having any physical disabilities. Requests for a call back constantly ignored..
Do not use them.

For context, the unit was hired for a fixed period but stayed on an extended holiday with you for several extra weeks beyond the agreed hire duration. During that time, we made multiple attempts to contact you to arrange collection, though we didn’t always hear back.
We always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and in this case we allowed the hire to run well beyond the original agreement while trying to organise a convenient collection.
We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do wish the rollator had come back home a little sooner.

For hygiene and safety reasons, UK law does not allow the return of items such as commodes or other personal care products unless they are faulty. This policy is in place to protect all customers, particularly vulnerable and elderly users.
We understand this can be frustrating, but we always aim to provide clear guidance on returns at the point of purchase and in our product descriptions.
In this case, the return request appears to be due to buyer’s remorse.

My 84 year old Mums’ mobility walker sheered off and snapped after 1 year of ownership and these charlatans don’t want to know! This mobility aid is absolutely vital to her being able to get around! Her mobility is really, really bad and she was very fortunate she didn’t fall, but it has really knocked her confidence! There is allegedly a 1 year warranty with it, and if there is even a very serious issue after this, you are on your own! They aren’t going to investigate or anything! Shocking treatment by an allegedly reputable company!
