BIG SCAM

BIG SCAM! I was caught out 2 years ago. I don’t remember the exact offer at the time but I think it was for 4 bottles - buy one get 3 free for around £40. I paid with my credit card first which was declined, so very stupidly tried my debit card. Of course the c/c could have got the refund for me. They took £199!! I made several phone calls and was promised a refund, also emailed them. They kept saying they had no record of my transaction. Of course there is never an invoice to prove the sale!
I see they are still advertising. It’s about time Trading Standards put a stop to this.
Hateful people.

Not even deserving of 1 star..

Not even deserving of 1 star..
This is clearly a scam to gain access to your bank card details.
Ordered a >>FREE bottle paid the agreed 4.75,..
The product is questionable to say the least and will not be made use of, however in quite a sinister and deliberate manner, the company then took a further 'POS" transaction from out account two weeks later of 85.00.
Tried to contact them with no reply, the telephone number I found is disconnected..
I have had the funds covered by my bank and had to cancel the card that they have the details for..
Please stay clear of this company and the other titles they trade as..

I have used GENUINE CBD oil MANY times however I doubt if this IS CBD it tastes NOTHING LIKE CBD.

I agreed to TRY a bottle given that you got one FREE. My bank STOPPED the payment and contacted me to say had I given them access to my card. On asking this I suspected a SCAM and agreed they STOP the payment.

A WEEK later SOMEHOW they took £199 from my account and sent me 5 bottles of what resembled Machine Oil and certainly not CBD. I have contacted them several times asking for a copy of their Analysis Report on the oil for my Chemist friend but NOTHING doing, the company should be STOPPED Now !!

I wouldn't even rate this as one star

I wouldn't even rate this as one star! The service is non existent... I ordered from this company on 31st January, no confirmation email and nothing to advise how much I would be paying for this, received my goods middle of February with no paperwork inside to advise of where the goods had come from. I was expecting a bill of around £40 instead my credit card had been charged £254, which I didn't find out about until I received my statement. I googled the company and found a phone number and was immediately offered a discount which wasn't enough in the end they agreed to credit me £114 on the 27th February since then though I have had to phone them 3 times as there is no sign of the credit. I am reporting them to trading standards as in my opinion this is false advertising, not telling customers how much they are paying is surely breaking some kind of law? I am giving them until Friday to resolve this or I will take further. I am furious that I have been conned in this way! My advise do not buy from them they couldn't care less

Same problem as other people have had

Same problem as other people have had. I have £254 taken from my credit card when I only placed an order for.£32.95. I never received any confirmation of the order so was unable to check the order. When the order arrived it contained unwanted bottles of oils and Gummies and no leaflet in the package nor an a company name or address on the delivery label. Between placing and receiving my order I was advised that by my consultant that I must not take either the oil or the gummies. I sent an polite email explaining why I wanted to return the order. After a week I had not received a reply even though they say emails are normally answered within 6 hours. I have since send this email again and surprise surprise 3 days later still no response. In my opinion this is a very dodgy company. I have informed my credit card company about his company.

I have had the same happen to me as all…

I have had the same happen to me as all the other reviews £254 taken from my bank when only 3 botlles were ordered at £32.98. You cannot review your order or check the amount before placing the order and they just add the gummies to your account, I never received any comformation of the order only got an e-mail after a week to say that the product had been shipped. I tried to cancel my order the same day it was placed only to be told that it had already been dispached. Another lie as it has not arrived three weeks later. If you contact the company they tell you to give it 10 more days.
I phoned the police and they agree THIS IS FRAUD

They are praying on the vulnerable and causing stress to people who are looking for a bit of normality in their lives. Absolutely Appalling. I myself have been charged to much so I have involved my credit card company immediately . I have requested a refund but if that does not happen then my card company become involved.

DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

As previously stated, took £250 from account, so rang to cancel. Complained, kicked up a storm of threats after partial refund offered. Finally, received partial refund.
Since, order arrived, with gummies. Started taking but thought to check dosage.
On advert, stated 'ONE DROP DAILY PAIN GONE'! However, on bottle, states to take 'ONE FULL DROPPER THREE TIMES DAILY!'
Rang them again and emailed, stating false misleading advertising and again demanded rest of my money back.
I received £38.
Several emails later, got nowhere except more angry at their blatant irresponsibility!
Remains to be seen if product works, but I'm not holding my breath!
Unable to leave any feedback on their website (for what there is)!
DON'T BUY!!!

Total Con.

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as the other people who have written a review on here. There's no link to confirm you order, theres no confirmation email . I sent 5 emails to cancel the order then I rang the phone number on the 10th of February to cancel. Get an email today ( 12th February) to say the order has been shipped. Needless to say I've just sent another email. They have taken £199 and £55 out of my bank. Please don't place an order with these THIEVES.

Been sending emails to BIONICBLISS since the 4th February, all of a sudden TODAY 13TH FEBRUARY I cannot send them an email, 3 time's I've tried and none will send. VERY SUSPICIOUS.!!!

Sadly I too was conned out of £254 !!

Sadly I too was conned out of £254 which I can not afford to lose. My husband has Alzheimers and suffers from a lot of pain in his neck vertebrae and I hoped the ‘tincture’ might help. I placed an order for 3 bottles of the ‘tincture’ plus 2 free and I did not order the ‘gummies’. When I saw the amount they had taken from my credit card I immediately complained and requested a full refund. All I have received is an offer of a partial refund but I said I wanted a full refund. The last e-mail I sent has bounced back undelivered. I received no reply to my previous one and last night I saw on the internet that they were scammers and no way connected to Mary Berry.

Is there anyone out there know if there is anything ‘we’ can do to get our money back??
Liz

Bad news

Had the same thing happen to me took £199 and £55 from my account. I received no confirmation email or tracking. Phoned them and they said order had already been processed. Told them I only wanted one bottle not several. Eventually I got a 75% refund. Asked me my email address and I told they already had it. They said they could only email back after I had emailed them first. I said what’s the point of asking for it then!!! I would never trust them to buy any more. Keep well clear of them is what I advise. I suppose I was lucky to get most of my money back

Total scam artists

Total scam artists. Order one thing at £39.80 and get £244 taken from your account. The adverts with celebrities are fake. Contacted Mail online and they confirmed it, Mary Berry has no idea this was going on and had not endorsed the product. I have complained and reported this to the police via Action Fraud.

Like the other reviewers this company also took two amounts £199 and £55 from my bank account without my permission and with no confirmation email. I eventually got through after constantly being cut off and was told it would take up to 7 days for a refund.

WHAT ON EARTH IS SOMEONE LIKE MARY BERRY WHO MAYBE CAN AFFORD TO LOSE £254 JUST LIKE THAT FROM HER CURRENT ACCOUNT DOING GETTING INVOLVE WITH SCAMMERS LIKE THIS HER PICTURE IS ALL OVER THE WEB SITE ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER CELEBRITIES. I'm just praying for a refund as I do not have the resources to lose this money!

Beware, Like another reviewer found they had taken £199 from credit card for goods not ordered. I had received no confirmation from them for order it was only after I looked at my credit card that I saw they had taken 2 amounts. Finally got through to customer service who said the goods had been sent, I asked why I had not been sent a tracking order email. She replied that she could only give a tracking order over the phone. Finally after asking to speak to her manager she said that a full refund would be given after first only offering a part refund. I got her to confirm this 3 times on the phone as she said she could not put it in an email. I have informed my credit card company & will wait & see if the refund appears in my account. But be very careful if ordering from This company.
