Simple ordering process and kept updated with delivery. Yet to have the band delivered so can't comment on it's performance

Not recommended seller. They don't even adhere to their own returns process, as set out on the homepage. No chance of a return.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company.

I returned my sports tracker and am still waiting for my refund. Instead of simply resolving the issue and returning the money I am owed, the process has been dragged out with one excuse after another.

What I find most concerning is not just the delay itself, but the way the situation has been handled. I have repeatedly been given explanations and assurances, yet the refund still has not arrived. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in the company and in the information being provided by their customer service.

Taking a customer's money is easy. How a company behaves when something goes wrong is what shows you what kind of business you are actually dealing with. In my experience, the handling of this refund has been extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to get my own money back after returning a product.

I am sharing this review because I genuinely think potential customers should be aware of my experience before placing an order. Based on the way my refund has been handled, I cannot recommend this company.

Simple et efficace

Very easy to navigate and the app information was excellent

The shopping experience was great. Apple Pay made payment easy, and I could do it from my phone. Note: This review is only for the shopping experience. I haven't tried the product yet and will leave a review after I receive it.

I was really drawn to the fact that we don’t have to pay a yearly subscription, which is a big help for many people to keep track of their health. To me, this feels very valuable because the company looks out for us, not just focused on making money.
