Where to start: DON'T
so much is wrong. Let's start with the fact that do not tell you upfront that at a certain point, the price point goes up $149.
Then when they ship that, they no longer include supplies.
Then, they missed a shipment and instead of being on schedule, they are now sceduled to miss it very other month.
You can't call anyone because customer sevices has a revolving number that does not pick up.
Refund request

On Monday the 29th, I made another call and successfully obtained a refund for my second purchase. Despite this, my refund request for the first purchase had not been acknowledged.
After sending another email outlining the unclear refund policy and asserting my entitlement to a refund, they promptly refunded my initial purchase as well.
Overall, my claim was resolved, but after a lot of calls and headache. However, the agents have always been very attentive and helpful to me!

On March 28th, I placed my initial order and, as per their refund policy, I am entitled to request a refund within the first 30 days, under the 'no-questions-asked 30-day refund policy for all new customers.'
Moreover, to my surprise, I discovered that a second order has been charged to my account without any prior communication from their representatives. Contrary to what I was assured during the signup call, I expected to receive CONFIRMATION from a representative before any subsequent purchases were processed.
I sent them an e-mail asking for a refund, called their contact number twice and was told that one of their supervisors would get back to me by the end of the day. As it was already 4:30 pm on Saturday and no one had called me, I decided to call them again and to my surprise again, the office is already closed.
I just want my money back! Unfortunately, BioPreventative broke their word to me twice! I'm writing this so that what's happening to me doesn't happen to other people!!!
