Hi Glenda, without a photo of your prescription, or vial we would not be able to prescribe such a high dosage. We are able to start you off at a higher dose, with evidence. Otherwise, for your own safety that dosage as you initial dose, would be too high.

Hey Smith, for your specific situation and your current medication with another provider, Dr.Reagan suggested you stick on your current medication as it's working for you. Switching can cause unwanted side effects and the results with Semaglutide for you are already fantastic

We’re sorry it did not meet your expectations Shane. Please note, for your medication, it will be measured specifically for your dose. The entire vial will NOT be full. It is only measured for your specific dose for your specific duration. I know it may have seemed half full, but i assure you that amount of medication in your vial will be more than enough for your entire monthly amount.

Hi Jason, in some cases patients have more side effects than others, we're sorry that your side effects were too compelling to adjust to. We always suggest taking the prescribed Zofran for nausea in the event you're dealing with side effects.

Hello David! We're sorry you were not a candidate for treatment. In the majority of cases, our doctors only prescribe with patients over a BMI of 30. So in this case, unfortunately the physician decided based on your BMI, you were not a candidate at this point in time.

Refunds after cancellation are usually within a few hours, but in some cases can take up to 24 hours to process.

Hi Jos, we ship medication overnight once you’re prescribed by your physician, in your case, it took a few days to retrieve your intake form. Once we were able to send to the pharmacy, we were able to ship overnight UPS, i hope that clears up any confusion .
