This product does not work, the 60 day trial, should you choose to return cost more than the product as you pay shipping and duty if outside of US. When ordered the auto renew is a default and I did not notice so I had taken advantage of the 90 days auto renewed order as it was cheaper, 30 days later it auto renewed! Now I m stuck with lol this product (90 days of which went to the EU which is where I was at the time). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Among the most wretched experiences of internet purchase. A recurring order is cleverly disguised at checkout and, despite urgent request not to send further material and take further money, the inevitable occurs. The appearance of munificent customer service is a facade. A spectacularly well engineered manifestation of digital capitalism. Avoid.

I have been trying to cancel my order for pure Turmeric, both trough you and my bank as I wish to have no more and it is not helping my problem. this morning I got another lot sent to me so I have to go to the bank now and try to cancel this order yet again. please do stop sending me this at once. I have sent you few letters before regarding this .

I ordered turmeric capsules from BioRoots Lab in August 2025. The supplements seemed to help slightly and, to begin with, I was happy enough to subscribe. However, by early 2026 it was clear they were really making no difference so I cancelled the subscription, which they confirmed by email. Thank goodness. Despite the confirmed cancellation they shipped again in April. I contacted my bank who refunded me and blocked them. I’ve just discovered that they’ve made another shipment and have taken funds from an account with a different bank - despite my having blocked them at that bank too. Apparently they can change their details so sometimes the bank’s system doesn’t recognise and automatically block them. Beware this company!!

I received the product OK but the following month I noticed that they had taken money out of my account again.

Ordered over 5 Weeks ago goods not received I have emailed them and they have not replied they are unprofessional and do not care and for an American Company this is unacceptable because American companies are so much better than you so refund me my money
