Biotechnica was awesome, everything was exactly as promised and the equipment worked great. Stefanos was very professional. very friendly and very helpful. I wondered if another type of mobility scooter would be better for me and Stefanos was good enough to bring a folding scooter to my hotel for me to see. I decided to keep the equipment I had chosen, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed for me to make the most of my vacation.
The equipment provided was exactly as promised, problem free and was so easy to use, it really allowed me to make the most out my trip to Greece. I was able to participate in almost every activity with my family. Very happy times, very happy memories for me and my family in large part due to the service you provided. Thank you.
