A terrible company with terrible practices.

I have been in the massage industry for 26 yrs. When I used biotone which was back in 2004, I got sick from using their lotions every day for 3 to 5 hours a day. It was their ingredients. They still have original recipe, after all the research of saying laurel sulfates cause nerve damage, etc. Ok no worries I stopped using them.
YET, these people have kept me on their mailing list. I have called more then enough times to get OFF their mailing list.
NOTHING has been done, absolutely nothing. 26 years of these little flyers tells me biotone could give a flying monkeys ass about you or the environment. Their victim excuse "oh, we hire out to other companies for lists.
FLYERS WITH YOUR NAME, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!

TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST. simple request.
Here are 2 flyers I got at both my mailing addresses within days of each other.
Save trees, I call BS.
Go to their website to unsubscribe, hhhmm buttons do not work, page keeps reloading back to where you were, no prompts not a thing.

I will now make it my personal mission to leave this very low rating everywhere and let everyone know just how much of a terrible company you are no matter how many "pretty" "therapists" you pay to promote your product.
Since I asked to be on your do not contact list, I will look into this on a legal standpoint.
This is just beyond stupid!
