I placed my order on March 8 2026 and today is June 18 2026. More than three months have passed, and I still have not received my order.
I also contacted customer support, but they were not helpful and did not provide any useful information regarding my order.
I would strongly advise others not to order from this company. This has been a very disappointing experience.

The original item never arrived - but I got a replacement after complaining
The original item I ordered never arrived. When I checked with DHL, it had been sent to the wrong address. They said they could not redeliver it.
Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by Biovea by email and they arranged for a replacement to be sent.
