Realizei uma compra no dia 18/04/20 e até agora não recebi nada.
A empresa Biovera não responde meus e-mails e não atende o telefone, todas as vezes que tentei contato recebi respostas automáticas, só forneceu o código de rastreamento e mais nada, por favor me responda, numero da encomenda 41284541. Não sei como está o andamento do envio. Já está bem atrasado quero cancelar o pedido nem isso consigo lamentável !!

Pague mi pedido desde el 2 de junio y no me ha llegado nada.
Mi pedido es el 38697996 y fue con el valor de mas de mil pesos.
Así que me mandan el pedido o si no tomaré medidas mas fuertes.
