Ms. Mona gave me a thorough explanation about the product, its uses, and maintaining it and I was able to ask questions about everything I didn't quite understand. I also received an email from her going over some of the info in addition to several downloadable pages of useful tips and further instructions. And I was told to contact VA prosthetic for any reason about the product including ordering new parts. She was an absolute delight to work with. USMC Black'man

I would just like to say thanks to the VA hospital and the doctors involved in helping me get My bio wave. I suffer from severe chronic neuropathy in both feet, I’ve been using it for over two weeks now, and it seems to be lessening the sensations in my feet. I was a little skeptical at first because it was making my feet pain more intense after using it, but I guess that’s normal because it opens up all your nerve endings when you use it. I will keep using this product and see what kind of results I get out of it. Anything is better than what I have for a pain level now. Again, thank you for introducing me to this product, I would recommend it to anyone else.

Sue was very helpful explaining how the BioWave machine works. She also gave me few tips on how to prolong the life of the pads. Easy to understand the process.

The BioWave unit has been great, however I needed to exchange it. Mona was very helpful with the process. She was professional & pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

Sue Lepesko was very helpful in being able to give instructions verbally to understand the device and how to set it up. She explained how to maintain the device and how to get the most use out of the electrodes. I used in on my knee and shoulder, and it helped immediately!

Agnes made the experience wonderful and the device is so easy to use. The personal instruction call is great to know how to set it up and in-depth knowledge of device.

Our rep Sue was WONDERFUL. Getting everything set up was seamless (besides something with our unit having an issue, which she is handling to make sure we are satisfied). Answered all my family's questions on how to help get my Dad relief using the machine. So pleased!

I spoke with Sue from Biowave and she was very helpful and detailed in explaining how the Biowave Home device work. She listened to my concerns and sent me via e-mail references should I want to go back and check how to properly use the device. Even though the phone consult was a bit rushed, she covered most of the topics needed for me to start using the Biowave Home Device.

I had an amazing experience with this company. Great products. And great relief

The app is not working correctly so I can not track the progress and I only have 30 days to try it out and I’m 2 weeks in and still have not received proper instructions on how to get the app straightened out

I just started using the biowave a few days ago! I received it originally for my lower back and right hip. I've been using it on my shoulder and upper back as well. So far so good! Thanks Blaine and Mona

It was great on my nick and back. The pain was so bad before and now hardly no pain. Love the Biowwave.
