Quick shipping, great quality of products .

It came like 4 days after ordering! it was well packaged and everything arrived in good condition!

Everything was fine with the shipping times, but almost half of my order was missing. The same thing happened last time, and I thought I would have a better experience this time around.
I use my points to get a discount voucher, but I end up losing it because they only offer me a refund for the missing products.

Every time there is a promotion with Pampers - there is an issue. If you buy online then you cannot get the toy from the promotion in the store because you don’t have the recepit. Bipa should send the receipt for the toy via email or something because otherwise is not working. Also there is always an issue connected with the Pampers app and then redeeming the promotion in Bipa. The assistants just say “Sorry it’s not working” and just move on. You have to call customer service yourself. There is no help whatsoever from the assistants internally on spot.

Everytime I order from the BIPA app, the amount I order versus what I receive is incorrect every time. I will no longer be using the bipa app for this reason and would not recommend anyone else use it.

I'm the costumer in Bipa in Ellmau.Most of the times in the afternoons. There is a very unpleasant worker,cashier, that always treats costumers in a very ironic and rude way.

The chia seeds I ordered had worms inside 🤮 and the toothbrush I guess wasn't packed well and it's original package was destroyed during delivery... I found it laying unpacked in the delivery box!

Until now I don't receive my order qnor status. Can you please help me?

Amazing price, it was cheaper than in the other webshops because of the Christmas sale. Fast pick up from store. Nice packaging. The shopkeeper was also very kind.

I had not utilized the Bipa App for an extended period. After placing my order, I realized upon payment that it was being sent to my previous delivery address. I promptly contacted customer service, but was informed that it was too late to make any changes, even though the items had not yet left the distribution center. I was advised to wait until the items were dispatched before reaching out to Austrian Post. I am still awaiting delivery, despite having redirected the order to my current address. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider using BIPA's online services in the future.

Stay away from their cleaning "service" as they tend to lose your stuff and then outsource their insurance reporting to you as customer. Ultimately after fighting and justifying for your loss, they refund you what they consider applicable, hide behind general terms of services though I am sure no one would expect them to screw you upon using such a simple service like cleaning. Professionals through and through at this branch out of the Rewe bunch sharing their view on that customers are the least to satisfy even if you damage or lose their stuff...
