I have tried to change my account payment information numerous times and the site says it will send me an access code to do so, but does not send it in a timely manner, instead after 11 p.m. and during the night such that it has expired by the time I try to use it.

I received things that I will use. I enjoy trying new things and I have that opportunity with Birchbox.

It appears the full size bottle I got was attached to the outside of the regular box and something happened to it and the post office had to the package it … I think I got everything though … which were great.

Birchbox is great in trying new things, especially if you have allergies and don't want to spend money on full size items in case you are allergic to them.

Love the product options. Every item is special in its own way, whether it be sensitive skin, crulty free, or just plain heaven on your skin, creams, make up, perfumes are all amazing!

The packaging is great wish they offer more products then what they do but other love everything

I loved my choices this past month and that I was able to select what I wanted for my box.

I received the very type of samples that I expected. Always on time deliveries; many choices to pick from.

I like the products but don't always recieve my selections.

I remember when birch box started… it was way better back then… better boxes and more products

I liked being able to customize the whole box now but two months in a row I did not get the full sized product I picked. while the June product was an appropriate replacement in July I did not get the Sunday Riley CEO moisturizer and its replacement and the e tra product were disappointing.

I love trying new products and I like getting to choose what's in the box.
I wish there was more of a description under each choice, especially for the makeup choices. I miss the product description cards that used to come with the boxes.

The full size products I did receive were good products, but I mostly received samples instead if full size products. It just wasn't worth the money to me to get a bunch of sample size items to clutter things up.

Love the fact that we can customize. Love the fact that there is a variety between skin care, makeup and hair, something for everyone. I love that it lets me try new products I was not aware of (who knew I would find my new favorite brow tint and eye liner from Arrow, both of which I got in my first box). I was so impressed I wrote a review of the Arrow Eye Liner 2 hours after trying it! Can't wait for my next box! One thing that would be nice to see...is the ability to buy previous boxes! I have been sharing with everyone just how great Birchbox is!

I love having the opportunity to pick the items I would like to receive.
