I would give 5 stars but Birchbox loses 1 star because the shipping takes forever and the tracking never updates right, so it's a guessing game on when I will see it in my mailbox. Also, this month, an expected item was replaced for something less appealing because of overselling. So I'm truly bummed about that. Otherwise, it's a great little box and fun to open every month and try new things.

Loved getting to try products. Used to be much better though: higher end products, larger and more samples. More of what I could use. Felt new format provided inferior choices,

It was beautifully packaged, everything was in great shape, it was things I would use

This is a great site. The service is excellent and the value of the monthly boxes is top notch

I really enjoy the types of products I have gotten.

The most recent box that I received for July/24 was definitely worth my membership.there were quite a few great deluxe samples. Very Happy!

I bought a Birchbox Subscription as a gift to my wife a few months ago, and she absolutely loves it. It was supposed to be for 3 months, but we've continued to renew due to the quality and service. I had to reach out to their support team once to update the email on the account and they were so quick and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I love Birchbox. I have been subscribing since approximately 2010 or so. I love access to high end products. My one complaint would be that often, BB doesn’t send samples based on “My Profile.” I have very short hair & BB sends products to untangle long hair. In addition, many makeup BB sends me are for young women (I’m a grandma). Otherwise, I love BB & Will continue to subscribe.

I was impressed with the amount and variety of this months box. The best one so far.

I love being able to choose the samples that I wan instead of getting things I will never use.

I wish there was more info on each product like there used to be.

So far Birchbox is great. Some of the items that are in my box are things I don’t use. Some of the choices for personalization aren't great and I’m forced to choose something I can’t use. Other than that it’s been great

I love receiving and trying different products. Many things are repeated which is fine if I can choose which products I'd like to be repeated.

I love having something that I have selected to look forward to!! I love the options any other issues I had resolved timely and professionally

I do like Birchbox; however, I think the price of what I’m paying yearly is too much, considering most of the contents are “sample” size, 5 products per monthly box. If you decide to choose a full size that counts as 2 sample choices.
