In over 50years of owning many vehicles within that time. I can honestly say Bird and Yates, are number one regarding customer service and quality of workmanship. In the past I've taken new cars that I owned to Bird and Yates.
I would definitely recommend Bird and Yates they have something very special that is honestly and loyalty to their customers.
Recently spent over 700£ to have engine management light took off told me they found the problem but would get auto electrician to have a look to make sure so they took it off 10 or so days later light come back on they'd charged me over 700£ to take it off ,they'd changed the upstream sensor which they said it was now want another 600 £ to change downstream sensor I'd already spent money on a service and money on a clutch ,you must think I've got a bottom less pocket full of cash you say work guarantee d for 12000,miles or 12 months, you've cured nothing just took my money for what you tell me.no way would i recommend this garage AA aproved complete joke.
