Delivered quickly and as ordered. Not sure product works to keep birds off deck, time will tell.

Bird netting arrived on schedule, was as described on site, and unfolded as noted in the instructions. Good stuff - I would recommend it and will use it again.

I paid for expedited delivery (2 day) and took almost a week. I left a message with the company and no one ever returned my call. I want my expedited shipping returned since it was for nothing.

I thought it was not working with vultures and erroneously posted same on this site. I got a call from them offering me a full refund and free shipping.
Turns out, it took a day or two and it is now working like a charm. We had 50 to 100 vultures in our trees. All but one are gone and he appears to be deaf (shouts don't bother him).

Quality netting for trees and vines, good for several years, far better than I can buy at local hardware store.

Quick shipping and great product. The solar panel deterrents with clips.

I put the decals on my sliding glass doors. They are decorative and so far I have not had any birds fly into the doors. Hope they keep on working!!
I world recommend them to anyone who has had the sad experience of picking up the broken body of a poor little bird who had the misfortune of flying into the reflection of a tree from their sliding glass window or door.

Product was a disappointment

This is my first experience with Bird B Gone, however; I found the website easy to access and find what you might need.

I wanted to order over phone, was told cheaper if I go online, so had to order online which I do NOT like to do. One unit came with rattle inside, that should not be and when I called to report that I was told I had to pay for return and then they would send new unit. Seriously, you get a faulty unit and have to pay to return it??? Unheard of with a reputable company.
I hope they work better than the treatment by the people at the company, haven't charged yet with all the rain (got solar charge units).

I ordered 3" bird-spikes. I received 5" spikes. I installed them on a ledge above window trim next to our front entry. They work fine. Cosmetically, I would have preferred the smaller profile.

Amazing difference, as 1-5 birds daily would crash into the plate glass. I attached these stickers about 10" apart and not one burd has died from committing death-by-window.
