Sent to emails about an exchange and additional purchase. No response. Will never buy anything from them again. For the price I paid, they should have decent customer service.

Absolutely horrible company

I do almost all my shopping online. Worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of shorts. After three weeks of order pending I emailed customer service. They said there were natural disasters on the shipping route. Shipping updates make no sense. Received the shorts in about a month. Wife liked the way the shorts look so I thought I'd give them a second chance. Huge mistake. Three weeks. Order says unfullfilled on website. Sent an email requesting shipping estimate. Received an auto reply. Gave a link to “unfulfilled “ order page. Said to respond to email if question wasn't answered and they will get right back with you. Requested a shipping estimate a week ago. Absolutely no response at all.

Clothing never arrived...JUST TERRIBLE..

SO FAR JUST TERRIBLE... I ordered $400 worth of clothing for my husband for Fathers Day... weeks went by then I see that by "tracking the order"... it says it was delivered - BUT NO WAY, never got anything. Honestly... I get deliveries every day from Amazon, but somehow two orders from BirdDogs just never appeared! SO mad... literally, I blew $400, and I want the clothing, even if the quality is not great...or I want a refund!

Charging Lulu & Vuori prices for trash quality

I've ordered shorts from birddogs for 5 years now. Their shorts are comfortable. That's why I keep going back. But no more. The seams fray on EVERY pair of shorts I've owned from here. My Lulu, my Chubbies, my Vuori don't fray, but Birddogs want to charge luxury brand prices for trash quality that they DONT even warranty? nah fam... I'm over it. Sad to see you go, but after multiple attempts to replace with your customer service (which Lulu and Vuori will happily do) I'm not spending another dime here.

Want to love them, but not a lot of fit info or selection

I’ll start off by saying that I wanted these to work. I truly did. Undoubtedly one of the best examples of quality and finish I’ve ever encountered when it comes to pants. Shipping was reasonably quick and returns/exchanges were easy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. As a person whose build may be characterized as athletic with some “extra” in the thighs/seat, at 5’11” 205lb I was never able to get a pair of their pants past my calf (and it was the part meant for guys’ thighs - whimsy intended.)

After trying the largest size I have ever worn in pants - size 34/34 - when I was far heavier years ago, I can honestly say there is no way I can make these work. It may still be unclear to me which, if any, model pant has any kind of alternative cut with some extra space. As clever and admirably witty their style names are with their plays on historic figures’ namesakes, they don’t say much about how they differ, if at all.

Even as a fan of Mark Cuban, I can honestly say that presentation wise from the pants themselves down to the boxes they arrived in, Birddogs are top-tier. So impressive, in fact, that the price point of ~$120/pair doesn’t give me pause. Even despite brands such as Fabletics having a superior range of fits/sizes at a fraction of the cost, I honestly wish I could find a way to own and enjoy Birddogs. Hopefully they one day decide to focus some efforts on offerings for “fat” guys like me (I’m a L/XL 32”/34” inseam in most other brands) but until then, perhaps they’ll inspire me with a witty name for the hull of a boat.

The worst.

Possibly my least favorite company I have ever had to interact with. Bad product, insufferable advertising, no respect for their customers.

Didn't fit

Mostly based on poor fit. I am a true M in joggers/sweatpants. I ordered the Wayne Regretski's (khaki) joggers since that color is pretty unique. Delivery took quite a while (maybe 2 weeks?) and they felt like a size S. Very tight just about everywhere, and if they were to shrink at all they would be unwearable. So, as much as I like their marketing, their products just aren't as good.

Amazing shorts/pants, great customer service

I own several pairs of BD pants and shorts, and the reason is simple. Because they're so comfortable! Confusing pockets?!?! LOL get out of here. They keep you wallet off to the side and the inside liner is amazing. Got a pair and didn't like color, no problem they immediately shipped a different pair out for me. I'll continue to keep picking new pairs as they come out. WORTH IT!!!

Disappointing shorts

Ordered a pair of 7" shorts from them. Pretty disappointed overall with the construction. They fit more like 5" shorts and don't have enough leeway around the seat. Movements like deep squats can result in some pinching. The cords along the inner waistband may as well be non-existent because they're so short. The pocket room is also very awkward to use. Expected much more for a pair of shorts at that price.

Hired, then they disappeared

We were supposed to work together on a marketing campaign, for which my company was hired, and they disappeared and stopped responding to emails after the work had been delivered. Highly unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful of our time. Unfortunately the bill was not enough to take legal action. This company does not show an ounce of integrity in their dealings.

Bad customer service.

Ordered my first pair and loved them. Ordered another pair and, more than a month later, still waiting for them to be shipped. Tracking says the shipment is pending. Contacted the manufacturer and got nowhere. They blamed it on the coronavirus. Really, give me a break. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
