The polos did not work out. Poor quality and sizing. They will not issue a full refund. First, they said it was past the 30-day return policy. It took 21 days to receive the order. In my first email I told them I wanted to return for a full refund and it was send 1 day before the 30 days. They required I send 3 photos of each of the 4 shirts. Then they offered to send different sizes and keep the ones I had. I said NO. 12 emails later... they are offering a 30% refund. I was told they have a 30-day resolution policy and they made sure to take forever on this issue. DO NOT ORDER for Birdiepolos.com unless you are willing to throw money away if you don't like them. Shipped from China. The company website location is Anaheim, CA.
EDITED: After the posting of this review, the company send me an email offering a 50% refund, if I removed the review. I stand firm on my review, therefore I am out $150.

Very happy with my purchase I just I ordered 2 more. Very nice quality. One note, order up at least 1 size.

This company was easy to work with. Quality of the polo shirt was as expected and good quality. My husband loved the black cat polo shirt as we have 4 black cats in our household so this fits perfectly and he is proud to be wearing this shirt. Thank you Birdie Polos.

BirdiePolos is a great company that stands behind its products and provides outstanding customer service. I bought a beautiful beagle polo, but I got the wrong size for myself. Instead of making me send the shirt back, they’re simply sending me another size. They were so responsive and provided the best customer service. Their level of service is simply unheard of these days. They have a great product and provide exceptional customer service. I love BirdiePolos!

I love the patterns and the sharpness of the figures (I ordered the flamingo and cat caddie). The shirts were too small so I contacted customer support. They respond quickly and were very happy to exchange the shirts for a larger size. Quality of fabric is nice as well.

I made an error on my order. I inadvertently ordered 2 of 3 shirts as smalls instead of XL. Birdiepolos resent me the correct shirts. What a great experience. And on top of it, I love the print on the shirts. Great prices, great product, great experience.

The shirt got to me promptly. It was great quality and looked great, unfortunately it was too small. Customer service was great. They got back to me quickly and helped to get me the right size. Class act. Would recomend

I had a little hiccup because I ordered the wrong size. I was so excited when the item was received. My husband loved it but it didn't fit. The exchange process was very easy and the customer service has been very receptive. I would order from here again. Product quality is good for an import and shipping was pretty quick.

The shirts are fantastic comfortable fun but on the small side go up a size for a better fit..this company is very helpful with the exchange too!! a great golf shirt!

The quality of the shirts is great. The customer service was top notch as well when i had an issue with sizing.

My husband absolutely loved this shirt. The shirt is true to the advertisement. The material is top quality. I ordered a Large and my husband needed an X Large, when I reached out customer service for the new size and they were fantastic and responded right away.
I am rating this company star for quality, customer service and over all easy to deal with

I really love all the unique designs. It allows you to mix up your golf wardrobe in a fun way. The team responded quickly when a size issue occurred, and offered a replacement immediately.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shirts. The customer care team has taken care of my issue right away. I love the prints of these shirts and the quality seems to be fantastic! I will be ordering more from Birdie Polos again!!

I ordered two shirts for husband and son to wear in golf tournament. The shirts arrived in time and looked just as described on the site. Always afraid of ordering on line but will definitely order from Birdiepolos again.

I couldn’t be happier with this dachshund golf shirt- other than needing a bigger size. The dachshund pattern has just the right amount of personality without being over the top.
