Bordeaux to Brum via Manchester. It’s been super comfortable, effortlessly chic and just a dream to wear.

I pre-ordered an item, which arrived 10 days later than the time promised. When I contacted the team, they were very apologetic and sent me a money off voucher for my next order. When the item arrived I was really impressed with the quality and design.

I like the ethos of the company which is what initially drew me to it. I’ve been looking to replace an old, well worn and worn out favourite jumper of mine. I’ve been looking for maybe 6 months. I was very happy to see a the recycled yarn jumper was a very similar shape to the one I wanted to replace. I was happy to wait 6 weeks for delivery because I’m a big fan or made to order slow fashion. The colour is slightly bluer than I expected as I thought it would be more brown but it’s a good colour. It’s also super soft and feels easy to wear. The neck line is lovely. I really like it and I’m glad I waited to find the best possible replacement.

I ordered a custom dress which arrived in half the time advertised on the website and is amazing quality. Would definitely recommend Birdsong for anyone looking to buy sustainably!

`Received a wonderful order that was accurate to size (as described in product description) and beautiful. Had information on care and who made the clothing within too. Was fully transparent on how long it would take to arrive which I appreciated and didn't mind as it is the price of having clothes made to order.
